        Great Fridge

        I just recently purchased a fridge at Ginnos. I checked prices all around and they had the best price out there. I was always greeted with a smile and I found there employees to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be buying all my future appliances there because I feel they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer!

        Very expensive labor for a service call

        Called for a service on refrigerator. Was told 69.95 service call fee which was fine. Tech was there 15 mins and said there was a bad relay. Was then told it would be $77 more for labor plus $32 part (expensive relay i guess). Tech finished the entire job in less than 45 minutes and I was charged $189. I called to inquire about the high labor cost and was told it would be that cost whether they made one or two or three trips and that people dont work for free. I would recommend calling a small service person or someone who will be reasonable with an hours worth of labor.
