        Terrible! Do NOT rent with Hill Properties. I lived in one of their rentals for years and the rentals themselves are terrible, their staff is incompetent, and when you finally get out of there they will screw you over on your security deposit.



        Avoid them at all cost!

        If I could I would give it neg...

        If I could I would give it neg stars... but since that's not an option I would have to go with 1! The service there was HORRIBLE. The people in the office are of no help and are clueless on how to run a Prop Mng. company, If you rent from them you will have to jump through hoops (and pay for it too)

        Hill Prop took over an existing company and the tenents have to suffer. The only saving grace they have is the maintenance man. If you have another option RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE
