DO NOT use this business. They damaged my expensive interview suit pants! I dropped my pants off to be cleaned and to have a tiny hole repaired at the corner of one of the front pockets. I needed them for an interview the following week. I returned to pick them up on Thursday as promised. The pants had not been touched. The hole was still there and they had not been cleaned. The owner put them in plastic wrap without even checking them and I was charged for work that had not been done.I was forced to wear them to my interview the next week, as they were, since there was no time to take them back. The next week I returned the pants to Ashley on Tuesday. She was apologetic and promised to perform the work that I had already paid for. She promised them to be finished by Tuesday. When I returned to pick the pants up on Thursday the hole was fixed but now there is a NEW hole in the other pocket. The owner wanted to keep the pants an extra day and charge me for a hole THEY made in my pants. SERIOUSLY?When I explained the situation to the owner he just made wise cracks and the seamstress suggested that the pants were too tight, causing the tear.I am a patient and fair person. This experience was over the top. This suit was less than a year old, cost over $1000.00, and has only been worn 3 times. It is custom tailored and fits perfectly. I will never use this business again. I can't afford to.
Great place to get your clothes done by staff or do it yourself. Always clean, nice big machines and cameras so it's safe place to be, attendant there most time.
This place helped me out in a bind I needed some clothes done for a business trip and they had it ready for me in the same day.
Very disappointed with their service. I have been a loyal customer for three years, but will no longer be giving my business to this subpar establishment. I recently turned in three items ( dress, blouse and bolero sweater). All were returned to me with stains still present. All three are unwearable. Worst part is that they charged me full price. When I questioned the salesgirl she was completely unapologetic. I would understand being charged a portion of the price, but such a steep bill for a job not accomplished is poor form.
