Great customer service. I don't spend a lit of money on bike party's but this guy has gotten me a couple specialty tools I needed . All the other shops wanted me to just bring them my bike. I can f I'd it myself. I'm grateful for pulling cutlery.
Sold a bike to them , they made up a bunch of broken things that were not broken. There under new ownership but almost all of the same shady employees are still there. Your better off going anywhere else to buy a bike or get service done.
Super awesome and friendly. They fixed my double flats when I came in 45 minutes before closing. Saved me a walk home and a walk back in the morning. Campus Bicycles wouldn't fit me in.
I went into this establishment yesterday with a flat tire off my wife's bicycle. The owner saw a puncture in the tire and said "ah ha, I know what contributed to the problem, you're tire is old, did you know that old tires are more prone for a flat?" So I believed him and bought a new tire and tube. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the tire he said was old was actually brand new--it still had the little rubber "thorns" poking out of the sides to show how new the tire was. Does this individual possess such little knowledge of bicycles that he cannot tell the difference between a new and old tire or is something else going on?
Very friendly customer service, they will get your bike back on the road quickly. I highly recommend to anybody that needs bike repair
I go there often for my incidental repairs on my bike or my kids bikes. They never try to oversell me, as a matter of fact, they often suggest the cheaper solution. Good folks, good service.
When I was a young BMX'er I met Dax (the owner of Greenline) when he was working at the old "Family Cyclery" in Chico. He always took care of me and my bike and was a true resource and friend to the BMX kids in the community. His friendly personality and strong work ethic enabled him to open Greenline Cycles in Oroville when I was still a teen. Now that I have 3 kids of my own (my oldest is 5) I'm stoked to have Greenline in Chico. Greenline is the best resource in the area for BMX bikes and gear! They have excellent customer service and we love shopping there. If you are looking for a good bike/gear/repair and an even better customer experience then you should check 'me out. -Paul
There is no place like Cyclesports. They not only sell stuff, they teach you how to use it. They are dedicated to making you a better rider, no matter what brand or kind of bike you ride. If you buy a bike there, they tune it as long as you own the bike. They tweak my bike everytime I come in to keep it in perfect working order. This is really important to me, since I am a very novice, older rider who has fallen frequently in my quest to relearn the skill of riding a bike. The help of Mike, one of the owners, has greatly increased my skills and made riding much safer.Everyone in the shop is very helpful, even if you aren't there to buy something. These guys really know their stuff and are willing to share. It doesnt matter if you are on a fancy road bike or a $100 Mongoose from Wal mart, you get first class service. I know, I was an out of shape, novice senior citizen on a mongoose mtb the first time I went in.
I just bought a new KHS Urban X-Press from Chico Bike and Board. I love it! The staff was great in helping me pick out a bike. My new bike is so light and fast--just what I wanted. You cannot beat the quality of service that Chico Bike and Board provides their customers. When you buy a bike from their bike store you get free tuneups for life--what a deal! Kelly
