5/17/17 about 11:15am-I was sent to this clinic by my job for a work related accident. This is the clinic my job used for employees. I only went here instead of my doctor because my boss wanted me to go right away and get checked out. As soon as I walk in I walk to the front desk, there is only 1 person sitting at the desk which is fine because there is no line. She was on the phone for about 5 minutes and did not acknowledge me at all which is sort of ok because she was on the phone. Then she hangs up the phone and still doesn't acknowledge me or say just a minute or anything. She then goes to an unseen area for about 2-3 minutes and by this time another lady had walked up after me. She commenced to walk past me with her papers in her hand and then she asks the lady behind me some questions in Spanish, granted I'm still standing here. So as their exchange ends I say hey, I was standing here before her and you just walked right past me. Her response was "well she has an appointment". I said "ok, well I have been standing here longer than her and you haven't even acknowledged me yet." In my head I'm thinking I could have had an appointment too, what does that have to do with anything...and she didn t know that until she asked her. So then she kind of rolls her eyes and acts like I bothered her, she goes back behind the desk and asks me why I'm here blah blah, and hands me my paper work and takes a photo of my id. However, there was no courtesy In her actions and no apology for her actions.

The support staff was rude and inconsiderate. I scheduled an appointment for 3:15. There were three other patients in the waiting room, but only one had an appointment after me. The nurse called two patients before me and then she called me. I sat in the exam room for about 25 mins and then I came out to ask when the doctor would be in. I noticed the doctor was seeing the one patient who had an appointment after me. I asked the nurse why I was still waiting when my appointment was before the patient currently being seen. The nurse said, "it was an emergency, so he saw her first." If the patient had an emergency, why did they allow her to wait while they called three other patients ahead of her even though she was in the waiting room. I was so upset because I had to take time off work to make the appointment. By the time I walked out to ask when I would be seen it was 4:05, my appointment was at 3:15. I'll never go back.
Well I went there with an eruption of Shingles. My pain was so bad I was beyond tears. My wait was about 20 minutes. The doc was friendly, ordered an antiviral medicine. Alas couldn't give me a strong pain medication because the Policy does not allow them to order controlled drugs. Well my pain is not under control.....pain is the fifth vital sign. If they cannot treat pain...then advise patients in severe pain to go to ER
Made appt online. I got there and could not get in. They didn't have my info. And it was only 12:30 noon and told me I has to leave. No appt. No being seen. It's a lie when you say it is a walk in clinic. IT IS NOT!!! I WAS NEVER SEEN.
The staff was perfect; made me feel at home and comfortable. And the results were amazing; I couldn't be happier.
In reagard to 67 yr old patient of Sevandal family clinic. This has been her primary doctor for quite some time now, she hasn't been able to get checked or receive her medication do to no o e answering the phone. Now she would like to transfer her medical records to a different doctor but that is also not possible without them answering. There business hours are posted on line, once again we drove out to hime and he was closed... smh.... I dont know what to do.... my poor grandmother.
Whatever you do, don't go there ! I've been waiting for a minor medical exam (required by DMV), 5 hours. They just place you in a cabinet and forget about you. Anytime I ask anybody how much longer it will take they couldn't even approximate. Thinking seriously to ask for a full redound and find another clinic.
I went in to get my veins checked and I am glad that I did. During the initial consult, they found that I had deeper issues then just the varicose veins that I went in for. They recommended a personalized treatment plan for me and I could not be happier with the results. Amazing staff and great facility! Thank you so much!
