Had gone once to Luis & he did a good job. I walked in to make an appt and I thought lucky break there was no clients..When I told him I was there to make an appt he seemed bothered that I interrupted him getting his beard trimmed by his colleague.. I like his work but good customer service goes a long way., no need to be rude to your customers.. sadly I won’t be going back. #stayhumble
I'm a licensed beautician, and I always shop at Sam's. Every time I come into the store I'm greeted by their security who follows me around the store (he's the light skinned short guy) if I'm undecided about what hair or brand I want I guess that's when he thinks I'm stealing and tries to find ways to make me feel uncomfortable so I could go. I'm writing this because of what happened to me yesterday. When I went into the store yesterday the security guard asked my 12 year old niece when was we ready to go. I was so disappointed. I get it people steal, but jumping to conclusions is not the way to go. He should never said NOTHING to my niece, if he felt we was stealing he should've called the police or asked us politely to go either way I will never go back into to this store and I'm going to make sure my clients doesn't shop here.
This day was the worst experience in my life , I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair done, she didn’t another way , I came in 10 to 6 and the bleached my hair and than my hair started falling off like , this never happened to ever in my life I promise you, and she also gave me treatment for damage hair , horrible and now my hair looks yellow , never again I will put a foot here again.
They provide erotic massages, which are illegal. After they give a perfunctory legitimate massage, they offer select male clients a genital "massage." They've been at it for four years and police haven't put them out of business yet.

Very bad experience. First Time & Last time visit. Very unprofessional. Hair started coming out after 1 week. Awa micro twisted my hair, gave her $5 tip.. Came back to get some of them redone, very disappointed... Won't be back again.....
I am so tempted to report this salon to the Better Business Bureau. My kids have been longtime customers on and off for the past 2 years. After my kids hair was done,Daniella informed me that she had raised her prices. "What?!" Now you tell me? She charged me $139 for two kids. "Where is your posted price list?" I asked. She handed me a small ass business card with prices printed on it. It stated that 32-35 braids was $74. She charged me $75 for two Goddess braids b.k.a two French braids for oldest child. Which wasn't on the price list. It also stated that 5-13 braids was $60. I wanted to pimp slap this bitch so bad. But I paid because my kids liked their hair. What a way to treat longtime customers. Girl, Bye!!!!!!
Sadly, I chose to walk-in to get my hair done on my Wedding Day. The Owner of the shop actually did my hair and in the course of administrating a relaxer, she severely burned my scalp, neck and right side of my face! She didn't admit to it and used no base before applying the relaxer. Instead she only requested the undeserved amount of $80.00 for dissatisfied services! Needless to say, I will never walk into this shop again nor will I recommend anyone else to go there!!! There was also lots of loose profanity being used by another Stylist as I was being burned... ~Burned Bride~
This place does really good haircuts, I go with this woman to cut my hair since this place started and she does a great job, I highly recommend this place,they do a very good job
