Aetna Better Health set up transportation to a physical therapy appointment for my son. They used B Jays Transportation Inc. The driver from B Jays called and provided an estimated pick up time, and then did not show up at the scheduled pickup time they had just provided me with. I called the driver back and was promised by the driver he would be at my home in 15 minutes. I called the company direct and was told by the dispatcher the driver would be at my home no later than 30 minutes and that he would not make it in 15 minutes. So, I waited the 30 minutes and there was no sign of the driver. I called again and the dispatcher said 5 more minutes. We waited... We had an 11:00am pick up and my son was picked up at 12:40pm. My son missed his first therapy appointment but had three other appointments that day, so he still went with the driver when they finally arrived. I asked them to please not be late for his return pick up at 3:00pm, the dispatcher promised me that he would be picked up on time. He was picked up an hour late after they promised to not be late! Do not use this company if you need to get somewhere at a specific time! I did call many times to complain about the wait, and I was not treated well, just lied to. They are incapable of providing an accurate ETA and should not be trusted over the phone. Even when they escalated the estimate to a "promise" to be on time for the pick up they failed to do so. They did not even call ahead to myself or the doctors office where my son was to inform anybody they would be late. Instead they just canceled all future pickups for my son for the month without even letting me know. Now I will be eagerly working to secure a new transportation company for my son for his pickup they canceled for tomorrow 10-21-2016 without notice.
