I started coming to this location since May 2018 and at first I was weary after reading the reviews, but it was the closest location to me and I thought I'd give them a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Miryam and long story short I had a pleasant experience. I came back at the beginning of June to upgrade and they hooked me up with an amazing deal on their top of the line LG which is the G7. This phone is the best bang for the buck flagship phone you can get! People have been sleeping on the G7 and this phone is just as great if not better than the competition. They were doing a lease one get one offer so I got 2, then they waived my activation fees, AND it didn't require me to add a line! A huge shout out to Sean, Miryam, Lucero, Kathy, Noel, Noe, Betsy, and the rest of their staff for helping me every time I came in.

Had appointment to renew benefits scheduled for December 26 the day after Christmas. On January 4th no link deposited into my account. Called this office at least fifteen times!!!! Tried again this morning and still no one answered. This number the office just uses it but never answers.
Sending my regards to the tech people at this cellphone repair shop. You guys are truly amazing. I will give you my recommendation any time of the day.

On May 9th, according to my Chase bank records, I picked up and delivered dry cleaning to the establishment. While doing this I was informed that I could pre-pay for the delivered dry cleaning. I was not give a ticket for the order because it was written on the old ticket. Mt Greenwood Dry Cleaners charged my Chase account $73.50 on that day via their Cube. On June 19th, I returned to the cleaners to pick up my dry cleaning. I provided my name and they produced one blouse that had been re cleaned. The rest of the order was not to be found. I was asked if I had a ticket and informed them that they did not provide me with one since it was pre-paid. Ashton informed me after another attempt that my cleaning was not there. He told me that the owner would contact me with an update and replace the items if they could not be located. No contact from the owner occurred.On June 21st, I returned to the cleaners with a photo of the debit to my bank account. I spoke with Audrey Kahne, explained the situation and showed her the photo of the bank statement. She searched her records and was not able to find the transaction in her files. I was informed that the transaction never took place and I was fabricating the entire event. My items were never returned to me and at this time appear to be lost. No offer of restitution was made and not further effort to rectify the situation is being made by the cleaners. She turned her back on me and went in the back of the store. She was quite rude and confrontational during the exchange. "We DON'T loose dry cleaning " was her statement. That is clearly not the case. That is concerning but she can not even produce the record of the transaction even though there is proof that it did occur.
The employees at this office DO NOT answer phones. If you are lucky enough to get through to a voicemail--which occasionally occurs--you will be instructed to punch in a number if your caseworker's name begins with a specific range of letters, and so on, but that worker will not answer the phone. You night be lucky enough to get a voicemail tape; however, if you leave a message, your call will never be returned. A response from the State of Illinois stated that Public Aid no longer assigns caseworkers to cases, so apparently their voicemail system is outdated.
I was greeted by an elderly doorman, he never smiled....very stone faced! Jcrew doesn't sell womens clothing larger than size 12 in store! That leaves me to purchase online. Often times I have 2 of the same items. As I'm returning items, it's important that I'm credited a refund immediately as very few items are available in my sizes.....and I need credit available for other items, which leads me to lastnight!The store clerk did an exceptional job! She did exactly what I needed and waived expedited shipping! I now can look forward to my black ELSIE PUMPS. Jcrew is my favorite clothing store....superb quality and service! Oh, the sales are great when I catch them, even if i dont, Jcrew will give you a discount on previously purchased items that go on sale. The return policy is the best!
My experience with them is horrible it has been 2 months and me and my child has not received their benefits because they can tell you to lose our paperwork I have brought my paperwork up there several times but because they keep misplacing it I cannot get my benefits I have tried calling several several times and all they do is say is I will have your caseworker email you back or call you back and I have yet to receive a call or they has there been any change in my status they are horrible and they have no concern for others . Miss Tate is the name of one of the case workers.
My experience with old navy is that it's a wonderful shop and there not a lot of drama by it so i would love to work there.
