Walmart - Vision Center

Made a 1pm appt at the vision center on 70th cicero. Arrived at 1215...its now 3pm and my daughter still has not seen the doctor, but the many walkins havr already seen the doctor and are gone. When I questioned what the order is...she said appointments first but all of these people but 1 were walkins. What is the point of making an appointment if anyone can walk in and be seen before us? I will never come back here and never recommend this vision center to anyone. This has to be the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced.

Do not recommend anyone here! Horrible experience! The waiting line was insane! I had to wait approximately 2 hours just to see the doctor and even if I already had an appointment I still had to wait. Ridiculous then what's the point of making an appointment? Pointless! Also prices for lenses are not cheap they're much more expensive just because I have different prescriptions on each eye. I've been waiting exactly for a month for my contacts to get here and they still don't have them! They can't even contact me saying anything. I always have to call and go in person. I will never come here again!
