This place is terrible. I left my dog for grooming and when i came back his skin was cut up ans burned from the shavers. no wonder my dog got scared everytime i took him there. thats the last time i take him there after bad experience and finding out they mistreat animals.

I was very disappointed with this grooming place because I called to make an appointment for 3pm on tuesday, I told the girl I would be there exactly at 3pm because my break is between 2-3. She said no problem she was actually going to be the person that would be there. I arrive at 3pm like I said i would and when I went to ring the doorbell nobody answered. I rang again and decided to look inside, when I realized nobody was there and they were still closed. I waited for about ten more minutes and I had to leave because I told my job I was only going to be about 15 min late. I rushed home to drop off my dog and arrived almost 30 min late to my job. I called and left a voicemail about how unprofessional this whole situation was and nobody has called me back to apologize yet.

This place is horrible , they have bad service and once you leave your dog in their hands for 3o min. To get their hair cut they mistreat your pets!

Despite my dogs very tangled hair, they did a great job without a single cut on my dogs skin. Its local, nice service, and definitely coming back

Worst place for animal lovers

This place is horrible. I have it on good authority that they abuse the dogs when they misbehave or move. Please don't go there. I've been there early in the morning and it reeks of urine from their guard dog that they have locked up in the back room. Who does that?! Find a better place. I can't believe they have a second location. Spread the word, this place is horrible.

Don't EVER take you pets here

All these people do is throw water on dogs, cut their hair as short as possible, and treat customers like crap when customers rightfully complain about the terrible service. I personally instructed one not to cut my dog's coat short for health reasons and she did so anyway. When I complained, she didn't look me in the eye once and let the narcissistic mother-daughter team handle all the insults and sarcastic remarks. The mom, with those nasty tattoos on her face, is a special breed of b---- herself; she's one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. Unbelievable how people can be like that.

Incompetent, narcissistic, and unapologetic staff

Despite having personally requested that my Great Pyr's undercoat not be cut, these people still shaved it all off and then blamed it on me. They tried blowing me off and basically said, "Oh well, too bad." The "ladies" working look as if they had been gangbangers at one point and will now clean poop and cut hair all day long because that's the only thing they know how to do. I wouldn't normally be talking about people this way but you should have seen how sarcastic and narcissistic they were with us even though we were politely asking why they cut my dog's undercoat. Terrible, terrible service and terrible terrible staff.

I want people to know the type of business practices these individuals use at this location. I was physically and verbally attacked because I refused to pay the $5 upcharge they were demanding from me at the time I went to pick up my puppy. I had to call the cops and left with scratches and very distress. I was told the service was $35 when I dropped my puppy off for grooming, when I went to pick up my puppy they told me it was $40. I asked why was it more and that I was not going to pay that because they had given me a price of $35. I told them that they needed to disclose any changes in prices before taking a job and allow their clients to decide if they want the service or not; they cannot just demand people to pay more than what has been agreed. What if they would have said is $60? It's not the amount but the principle. These people acted like street gangs and ganged up on me to the point that I was hit and pushed. I asked to see a manager and the woman there said using a profanity that she was the ""cuss word owner."" What kind of owner speaks like that to clients. They use every cuss word in the book and accused me of being a ""cheap dog"" for not wanting to pay what they had upcharge without notifying me. I am outraged at these people and their business practices.

I want people to be aware of these individuals because now I am receiving harassing calls at work from them. I want this on record in case they act up on their threat that they will get me for not paying the extra $5. These are people without any professional or personal ethics. I cannot believe they are behaving worst than animals over $5. It is disgusting.
