        The no smoking rules are not enforced. Living here over the past few months has been like living in a smoke parlor. We are non smokers and our apartment and our cloths constantly reek of smoke - from our neighbor (s). Building management is aware but only pay lip service to the issue. Bottom line, they don't care.
