Sally's Waffle Shoppe

What's happened to this place it use to be decent. They service is slow and beat up. It looks like the staff doesn't want to be there working I don't know just a somber atmosphere no personality except the loud mouth at the front desk. The Food is ok I had a blt.

I have gone here for breakfast with the family and dinner. I enjoy both. Usually I go for dinner, so what I would recommend is their sirloin steak with grilled onions. As a dinner you get everything. The steak is huge and could probably be eaten in two meals (unless your a heavy eater like me). I like my steak rare, and let me tell you, let your fries soak up the blood and it will taste great.



The people are super nice there, I haven't had any bad experiences. Though there hasn't been anything I didn't like at Sally's, you have to try their soup. I like the cream soups and their chicken noodle. It all taste good. I haven't tried it yet but they have some huge desert sundaes that I've seen before. There are three of them but the only two I can remember are the Sears Tower and the John Hancock. If you ever try one, I would say for you yo eat it with 2 or 3 other people and also, put a review up so the rest of the world knows how it is.



And lastly, the prices are pretty reasonable. For my usual steak that takes up a whole huge plate, it's $8.75.
