TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - POOR MANAGEMENT

This experience started poorly and ended the same way. They don't take deliveries until 1pm, and on a sunday when there is football that makes no sense. I ordered and the driver calles 1:45 minutes later and ask me where I live, he was 3 miles away from my address. I ordered the pizza at 1 and it didn't come until 3. I called to complain to the manager. They gave me a corporate number which I called, only to find out they aren't open until monday. So I called the manager back and she offered me no solution, no comp, no reduced rate, no apology, nothing.

I will never order from this place again. And will definately not recommend to anyone. Only ordered here for the turkey sausage, but other than that food isn't that good anyway. Save your money and your time and order from somewhere else. Pizza should not be stressfull.""

Gotta Try the Pan-crust

This casual dining establishment is built for the University Village crowd. Their pizza by the slice and beer combo is a great deal and a good draw for UIC students. The thin crust pizza was not very crispy, but the buttery pan-crust pizza was excellent. Overall, if you're in Univerisity Village/Maxwell St. area, this is a great place for a late night bite.
