Great place to go for a quality slice. I've been coming here after work for a while now and the pizza always hits the spot

Great Crust!

Great outdoor patio that I will enjoy douring the summer.
Service was excellent and food was to die for.

I will say tv was a bit too loud and had a hard time talking to my friends.

Drinks where ok! will come back again.

An Oasis In Lincoln Park (Chicago)

We were getting hungry fast and not finding any restaurants open that would qualify as memorable on our last day in Chicago. CitySearch was recommending restaurants that didnt open for several hours and we needed lunch. Thankfully we asked someone collecting for charity and they recommended Rocco's (or Rocco Ranalli's). We tried the Rocco's Special, a great thin crust pizza choice. I am not one who appreciates mushrooms but the 'shrooms on this pizza were so fresh that there was no not-liking them. The draft beer was very cold and just what a Saturday lunch in Chicago called for. As the Black Hawk's were in the playoffs, the large flatscreen TVs were tuned in but the diners were not boisterous in the least. In closing, should I ever find myself back in CHI anytime soon, Rocco's will be on my short list.

Really Bad Catering

We have ordered from Ranalli's on Clark and Chicken Vesuvio dish was swimming in a funky souce that looked terrible. None of my guest wanted to eat that dish. Also, who ever ate the salad we ordered from Ranalli's complained of a stomach ache...I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lincoln Park Neighborhood Hangout

I have come into Rocco's a few times now, this time in particular to eat dinner with a few friends. I was very pleased from the time we arrived until we left...4 hours later. It was a Wednesday night, which meant half priced wines. 3 bottles later we realized it was time to leave. The food was fabulous and the service was friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Quick Easy and Inexpensive!

I dined in at Ranallis and had a blast. The wait staff was friendly, fun, and respectful. The full bar didn't hurt either!! Can't wait to go back!

worst food since I can't remember when

I chose to eat here, as the menu was varied, it was a good location, and has free parking and a wide selection of draft beer. The service was good, the food mediocre. The bbq chicken was overcooked, the chicken vesuvio was shocking in appearance. It was 2 grilled chicken breasts and potatoes covered in a tasteless, beige, gelatinous gravy. The meal tasted as bad as it looked. The sauteed spinach looked and tasted like it came from a can. The vegetarian lasagna looked great, but it was also disappointing. It had overcooked veggies and hardly any pasta. The vesuvio was quickly and politely replaced with a turkey burger that also missed the mark. Be warned the wine is served in ""thimbles"".

best explosion for your buck

you have to admit, this is a true stoners dream. they are open till like five am on weekends. the thin crust is delightful, but the thick crust is better than (well almost) better than well you know... the buffalo wings aren't anything great but the pizzas themselves were filling and worth the hour delivery wait.

don't bother...

I went to this sports bar (?) last monday night (mar 6). I just moved to the area and wanted to have a few beers. Well the beers were overpriced, and the food was too. I had a slice of pizza and it was tasteless and cold. If you're looking for the typical hot waitresses and bartenders that you find at other sports bars, don't look here. All in all, I left relatively happy, because the bartender was busy chatting and she forgot to charge me for a couple drinks.

We just redesigned! Do you like it?
