Exceptional Dog Grooming served with great customer service

Ritz Kennel Salon is the best dog groomer I have used.
Laura and April love the dogs and offer dog grooming and styling with lots of TLC and experience.

Dog grooming is a personal experience and starting with a friendly smile and welcome sets the tone when the dogs are dropped off. They listen to your needs and offer suggestions and support to all us dog owners.

I own two dogs, one who looks like a Disney Dog but is more like Pig Pen! The other is a love bunny but loves to roll and get stinky.

April deserves an award for grooming my dogs. She knows what the dogs need and helps me understand how to make my dog happy with a new hair cut.

After leaving the Ritz Kennel, I am always stopped by people telling me how great my dogs look and oh how cute etc.

Ritz Kennel Salon offers exceptional customer service along with the grooming. The dogs being groomed are happy and friendly. The owners who I have met during pick up and drop off are extremely nice.

Drop off and Pick up at Ritz Kennel Salon are seamless and parking is available. The Salon is located on a quiet street with easy access. April and Laura are artists, but more than that they really love the dogs and it shows. Everyone I have referred to the Ritz Kennel Salon is thrilled.

If great dog grooming served with a smile and professionalism appeals to you, then try Ritz Kennel Salon. This woman owned business attracts nice clients with nice dogs. So, if you fit this profile try this dog groomer and hopefully you'll be the next one to write a positive review.

By the way, I've never written a review before and finding a great dog groomer is like finding a great hair dresser. Ritz Kennel Salon is the real deal--Laura and April focus on one thing---Dog Grooming with great customer service. A winning combination for all!

Gentle Cuts

They treat the dogs better than any place I have ever taken my pets. They make sure the animals are comfortable. When you come in, the grooming tables are at the very front and the dogs are enjoying being groomed.
They spent a long time with my dog before they groomed her the first time. They are all about making the experience a non stressful one for you dog.

I am quite frankly confused by the prior review. It is in stark contrast to my experiences there. In fact, I was initially resistant to taking my dogs to the Ritz because I didn't think it could be that much better. A number of different people raved about this place and I finally broke down and took my dog there. I was quickly converted. My dogs still start to shake when I drive past my old groomer. At the Ritz, they walk in like they are going to the park and shaking has been replaced by tail wagging.

Chop Shop

I was told by a couple people who really know how to pamper their pets to take my puppy here. It was his first grooming ever and they did not make the experience a pleasant one for him. I brought him there is a dog purse and left it with them because they said it might make him feel better. When I went to pick him up 4 hours later, they had him in a cage, BUT zipped up in his purse and he'd been that way for two hours with no water, not able to go to the bathroom and a TON of treats in his purse. He was completely freaking out when I got him--shaking and whining--he's never acted that way again at any groomer. If you want to go there, you have to be VERY specfic about how they treat your pet.
