Overall

Very swanky and posh - the price went with it but the stay was great and it is centrally located to attractions. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny for parking (which is true in every downtown)

worried

I am starting to get worried....I booked a night stay on Sept 3 hoping to have a nice birthday weekend .. I called to see what the parking situation looked like and I didn't get the best customer service..no warm welcoming from this crew thats for sure...I hope the stay is a little better...post later in the week and let everyone know..

BE CAREFUL OF DOUBLE BILLING

Twice now I have experienced double billing on my bank statement after having tea and breakfast at the Starbucks in the hotel. I receive a duplicate bill for Mercat where I did not purchase anything but which is also part of the hotel. I have also not received even a cup discount when I get a refill on my tea. I am charged full price which is unlike any other Starbucks I have frequented. When questioned about this, the staff tells me they were yelled at for doing so. Creates a mess for me when reconciling my bank statement.

horrible service

i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, when we arrived to out room, i had reserved a room that was supposed to be 2 queen beds and i requested a rollaway there was only one bed in the room, when we made staff aware they simply stated there are no other rooms, then they said that housekeeping was working on a room for us, we left the hotel (the problem was not yet fixed 1 1/2 hours later) and let the staff know that we would be out of the hotel for a while, they told us when we return to let the front desk staff know we had returned, when we got back the staff on the next shift had no idea that we even had a problem, this staff then got us two separate rooms
