This five-star review goes to Mareeba. We are new renters to RPM since the end of July 2020. We start the rental process with an agent name Ed Young. Very soon, we got frustrated with him due to his unresponsiveness and errors. So, we requested an agent change. As the result, Mareeba becomes our new manager. She is professional, kind, attentive, and most importantly she listens and understands our needs. Mareeba was a huge help with one of our emergency repairs in the first week of move-in. When things happened beyond her power later, she passed us to the Compliance Manager who is designated to deal with difficult issues so that we can continue receiving adequate care. As a new tenant, we are happy with Mareeba and would like to recommend her to people out there who need a good property manager.

I've been very pleased with Real Property Management for the many years they have managed my condo. A friend of mine has gone through a couple property managers in the last few years and he made me realize how good I have it. I really appreciate everything they've done for me. I referred him to them and he signed up, it hasn't been too long but so far he is very impressed as well.

I'm an out of state property owner. I have been working with RPM for 1 year and I'm very happy to have them manage my properties in Chicago. My Property Manager always keep my best interest in mind when dealing with issues. She is very responsive, very organized, very knowledgeable in subject matter and very professional. She would go for the extra miles and extra hours to get the job done. I'm very grateful for the service she provided.

My spouse and I have been renting from RPM for a while now. We have one of their 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath apts right smack downtown. When we first came to look at the place, we noticed several things were needed to be touched up or fixed but we fell in love with the place so we decided to move in anyway. When move-in day came, everything that we saw had been taken care of, 100%. They take extremely good care of their properties and great care of their tenants. We have never had a problem with them and couldn’t be happier.

I have been with RPM Chicago for a few years now, I do not live in the area and they have made my life much easier by keeping up with my properties in the area. They were quick to find good tenants, which is very important when you have multiple rentals you need to fill. They take care of my needs quickly and thoroughly, I really appreciate all the hard work and highly recommend!

Real Property Management Chicago is the management company for my rental in the South Loop. I just signed the lease with them a month or so ago. Immediately when I moved into the unit I had notice the heating system was not working. The heating system constantly ran all day and night, it would not shut off only 1-2 times. There was something definitely wrong. I contacted Real Property Management Chicago maintenance team and stated that they would have someone out by early morning. I wasn't going to be available so I gave them permission to enter. I was so glad when I came in because it seemed like nobody even came in but they fixed everything and I received and email right after. I like that their system is online so I don't have to waste my time.

I was looking to put my house up on the market as a rental and signed with Real Property Mgmt to help manage my home. I have never been so impressed by the way a company handles business. They send emails explaining everything, send helpful reminders, and even give you a login for their "portal system". I have only been with them a few weeks and they already have a possible renter! I am so busy with work that unfortunately I wouldn't be able to have a property manager that does not perform to this level. I am so thankful to have found you guys and I hope we both have a very prosperous future together.

I have been a tenant through Real Prop. Mgmt for a few months now and I gotta say I just love the way they handle business! When I had an issue with the kitchen sink, I just went online to the tenant portal system and filled out a maintenance request. Within an hour their guys called up and an appointment was scheduled immediately. The crew came out and not only repaired the problem quickly, but the clean up job was quite impressive as well. Their team works so well together and the fact that I can do everything online (even pay rent!!) makes my life so much easier.

Real Property Management Chicago has managed my single family home for just over a year now. I live out of state (due to work) and couldn't sell my home. I was very particular when going over my needs with them, I wanted quality tenants but needed things taken care of quickly to get income flowing in. They went over everything with me and reassured me things would be fine and I could even check for myself via their unique portal system. It's so nice to be able to have conversations and receive payments online, this system makes my life so much easier since I live out of state!
