        Amish Patel, MD, is a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physician and Double Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Dr. Patel graduated from Univer- sity of Illinois honors program prior to starting his medical training. He successfully completed his residency and fellowship at Northwestern University. Dr. Patel has presented several abstracts at national conferences. He has also published articles in major international journals focused on pain management. His particular fields of interest include neuropathic pain, neuromodulation, cervicogenic headaches, and percutaneous procedures for back and neck pain. Dr. Patel is an active member in the American Medical Association, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Pain Society, and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Dr. Amish Paters mission is to provide compassionate, innovative, and comprehensive care to all of his patients. He understands that pain is a multifaceted problem, which requires the utilization of a multidisciplinary treatment plan.         OMG I wish i had found Premier pain years ago!!

        I was very nervous all the way up until I went in for my procedure. Natalie was superb! she made sure not only was i ok, but the rest of her patients as well. The team at Premier Pain and Spine are absolutely wonderful from the front desk all the way up to the doctor, and team doing my procedure. Way to go!

        all the staff are amazing including victor who does the best ivs and also is very personable. elizabeth is alwys great as well making you feel comfortable when doing all the front end stuff. diana was very pleasont in the recovery room and pretty much the staff our the best u have dealt wit i the industry. but i want to especially thank dr patel, thanks for being such an amazing dr and treating me like im your only patient and making me understand in detail the process and how we can fix my pain, you have done amazing.

        Excellent! I trust Dr. Patel 100% for management of my pain!

        Dr. Patel and his staff are kind and compassionate. The office is extremely clean and all safety precautions are being adhered to during COVID-19. The team alleviates fears and helps the patient to feel at ease during injection procedures. My pain has been significantly reduced under Dr. Patel's care and I have been able to eliminate other medications to treat the pain. I have referred family members and friends to the practice. I trust Dr. Patel 100% and highly recommend him to others who are suffering and in pain. My quality of life has significantly improved!

        The staff treated me very well. Dr. Patel explain me in details about the procedure he was going to do. I was very scared about injection before the procedure but did not feel pain the paid during the procedure or after the procedure. I would recommend people who have pain to visit this office.
