"I went to purchase the Nokia 925 Black phone from them but they did not have in stock so I ended up getting the 925 Nokia in Grey color , Two days later I called to find out if they had the Black color in stock they did and they exchanged it for the color I wanted . As soon as they receive the Nokia 1020 Model I will buy from them too calling them everyday for stock .

Yes, the company has a wide selection of products, but the customer service is the absolute worst I've EVER experienced, hands down. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of cell phones from these people in the past, just walking into the store, knowing what I wanted, paying them and leaving. No issues. However, last week I called to check stock on an item prior to investing the time driving over there. I was told the item was in stock and waiting for me. When I got there, I asked to talk to the person I spoke with on the phone, Victor. The guy behind the counter told me I could not speak with him and that he, instead, would handle whatever I needed. That seemed odd. Then he proceeded to pull a bait and switch on me. When I asked again to talk to the person I had just spoken to on the phone, the guy at the counter became abusive and started screaming at me. Really? This is how you conduct business? I asked why he was acting this way toward me and was told that I don't understand their business practices and that's all he needs to tell me. No, I don't understand. You treat your customers like total $hit when you are in the wrong and expect to stay in business? I'll never buy another item there again. Neither will anyone else I know. Shady, insolent a$$holes. Check the reviews at resellerratings, and you'll see that I'm not just one frustrated customer. Buyer beware. Buy elsewhere.

I have done business with Overseas Electronics as far back as 2008. This company is located in Chicago, IL. Their site is clearly marked with their information. Recent purchases that I have made with them are as follows: (each phone is purchased on different dates that go back to January 2010): Samsung S5230, LG GX500, Nokia 6700, Nokia 7260, Samsung B5702, Sony Ericsson W980i, and Sony Ericsson G705. Each phone has been shipped in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I HAVE HAD ONLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM! I have never had a problem with them that would warrant a negative review!! Any issues that have come up they have always been good about remedying the situation. If I decided that I did not want the phone or realized that the phone would not be compatible in the U.S.A. (because I misread their ad) they have always been good about exchanging for another item.

I've ordered about 300+ phones from Overseas Electronics, and about every order I receive, half of my order will be wrong; the correct model as requested, but not for the US region.
I've been shipped phones for Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, mixed in with my US-market phones. The keyboard layouts are foreign, the power adapters are foreign.
THE BOXES ARE CLEARLY LABELED
They consistently mess up orders, and it's so often, I don't see it as a mistake anymore. Now it's become a game of seeing how many times I call out their ""mistake"" of sending a foreign market phone.
Working with this company is a big mistake, and I resent ever giving them my company's money.
Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere reputable, unless you enjoy the flea market
I would rate it 0 stars, but I don't want it to be confused with 5 stars, that's how upsetting it is to be ordering from a company for years, and they still can't get a F*king order correct
