They are really rude! Don't contact them for your moving. They said they will come to my home to pick my stuffs at 11am, but they did come without prior notice. Ans also they just sent an email to me that follow their schedule. They are entirely on their own! Too rude and not a professional! I will never recommend these guys to anyone for move.

From start to finish, My Chicago Moving proved itself professional, helpful, attentive and available. I had to talk to several people throughout my moving process and was continually blown away by their outstanding customer service. The movers on both ends of my move were friendly, fast and thorough. I believe their prices are reasonable and were actually cheaper than most of the companies. If you would see their service I am sure you won’t mind paying some more because that’s how good they are. With My Chicago Moving all that started well ended well so perfect to the max.

My last two moves weren't anything that I fancy remembering. In the first instance, the mover damaged almost all my furniture and in the second time I lost some of my electronics. I was really tensed when I was required to move again as I did not know what I may end up losing. However, my father suggested My Chicago Moving to me and I have to thank him because all my things were this time delivered in perfect condition. I was very happy for their friendly service and timely delivery without having to stress me with any losses or damages. Although I’m not looking forward to move any time soon, I will use them again if need arises.

We moved recently with the help of My Chicago Moving. They were fantastic. They helped to move my dad's apartment, his storage unit and our home all in one day. The person who was in charge was great, very skilled and pleasant, as were the rest of the workers. The rate seemed quite reasonable for how much work the guys did and they did it well. I am happy.

I have been told about My Chicago Moving by a friend. I called them and the sales rep Natalie sent the outside estimator at my place for an onsite estimate and for the inventory list. The guy made the inventory list and the estimate was very precise and reasonable. Movers arrived on time at the moving day, wrapped and boxed all my stuffs, dealt with great care, managed the loading with ease and moved my stuffs quickly to the destination. I checked the inventory and did not get a chance to complain. The move went really smooth and fast without any unwanted issues and the price stayed within the estimate. I guess there was nothing left to ask for.

They offered the best price, accommodated all our requirements and managed to schedule the move at my preferred date and executed all the maneuvers with great efficiency. They were on time for both the pickup and drop off and also never gave us a chance to complain. They knew what they were up against and they had all the solutions for the possible problems. In short, My Chicago Moving made our move look so easy and smooth. I am very pleased with their services and price and I will definitely recommend their services to my friends.

I relocated recently. Though it was not the first time for me but I eventually experienced a perfect move for the first time and that was possible only because of this company. Their sales executive offered me the best possible deal and the movers pulled out a miracle. They were running ahead than the schedule, provided extra bit of support, which was not mentioned in the initial quote, safely delivered my goods and also charged less than the quote. I call it the ultimate service. Thanks guys!

I was mentally prepared to see some broken and damaged items after the move and I was also ready for over billing and delays because these are common practice by the movers but these movers had the other plans. Actually I should have said that these movers are real professionals. They came on time, packed and moved our belongings without breaking or damaging anything and completed they move in no time while charging the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. I was really surprised to experience so many positives by My Chicago Moving.

I have never felt so disrespected and violated in my life. My entire experience with this moving company has been horrible and I would NEVER recommend them.



Bottom up, I received several of my boxes with large gaping slits in them as if someone had taken a razor blade to them and shredded them. However, a few pairs of my shoes were STOLEN from my plastic tubs and one of my expensive, collectable book (still in the wrapper) was delivered to me completely separate from the footlocker I packed it in. Then, I noticed a piece of tape had been placed on the book with "$2" written on it as if they were pricing and preparing to SELL MY ITEMS.



My things were picked up from me in Chicago on March 18 and weren't delivered to me until April 5 in Houston, TX. They kept delaying my delivery date and would never answer or return my phone calls when I tried to inquire about the cause of the delay.



This was an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience - PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!!

I used many movers over the last 10 years. I have to relocate quite often because of the nature of my job. As a result I have used many moving companies. But after using this company yesterday, I must say that My Chicago Moving was the first company to deliver everything that I was looking for. To be honest, I never anticipated such accuracy, professionalism and fast service, which I experienced yesterday. I am definitely going to use them for my next move. This company is cheap, easy to hire and most importantly able to handle the pressure of tight deadline and critical maneuvers. Great job guys!

My grandfather is 75 years old and he desperately needed his piano moved. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be present when the move was happening due to my work schedule and I have explained that to the company when booking the service and they were very understanding. When I called my grandpa after the move was done he was so happy with those guys I couldn't even believe it, he has an obsession with his piano and if he was happy that means those guys from My Chicago Moving are on top of their game. I am for sure calling them if I ever need to move.

Amazing service, from initial phone call and quote to the actual move. Everything was done professionally, courteously, and with great attention to detail. The team who did the move was incredible - James, Jesus, Wilfred, and Daniel made me feel like I didn't have to worry about a thing. My stuff was treated carefully and respectfully; the move was fast and easy. All the guys were nice. If I ever have to move again (which I'd rather not), I would hire My Chicago Moving again so that I never regret moving.

My Chicago Moving was excellent right from the 1st enquiry to leaving us happy in our new home. Their sales representative was very responsive and flexible with moving dates and planning and his team of movers was very professional and friendly. They were very efficient and from arriving at our house to leaving us in our new home (including dismantling and reassembling two beds) were very quick. They were very watchful while unpacking! Breakables, such as glass and photo frames, were very well packed in their special packing materials so that it all arrived in one piece. I would definitely recommend My Chicago Moving to take the hassle out of moving.
