I took my Mercedes for tint they did a great job and it was a fair price. Sales people were professional and friendly.

I had my Jeep Wrangler customized here. Lift kit 4", custom wheels and tires, bumpers, and winch installed. Sales people are very knowledgeable and all the work was professionally done. They have a large selection of Jeep parts on display too. Thanks, Mr. Kustom !

They have horrible staff, expensive prices, and they will try to squeeze evey penny out of you.. trust me don't go here there are so many other BETTER shops in chicago.

My car was taken here to have a car alarm system and remote starter installed as a gift. Upon having issues with my alarm not working and my car not starting in the morning, I took my car to have it checked out by them. The general manager Richard insisted that it was my car and not the system they installed without even having a technician look at it. Since it was a gift I had no reciept and they keep NO RECORDS of anything done (according to Rich). I had to have a new system installed at another place and they found that there was a wire that was not connected which was giving me the problems with my alarm and remote starter. This is not the first car done by this place that my family has had issues with. Please do not take your car to Mr. Kustom!
