This is a SCAM insurance, it is known as a Subprime Insurance which means you are paying for nothing but a piece of paper to show the police if you get pulled over. They will not pay for anything, they have been fined by the government many times and have settled countless law suits.
I had this Insurance on my 2002 Honda CRV for more than 3 years, never had a single accident or claim.
In February, my car was vandalized and had my O2 sensors and Catalytic converter stolen, I had a Police report and a video showing the theft. This insurance's first trick was to stall, took them 5 days to pick up the car from the street, another 3 days for the adjuster to make an estimate, they took 13 days claiming they are processing the claim, and after enough pressure, they declined the claim and also declined to pay my car rental. By the end of it all, I had paid almost $2000 in car rentals $1400 to repair my car and so much suffering and distress that I must have aged several years in a single month.
It is amazing that such people are let to ruin people's lives and simply rob people in broad day light. You don't need to spend money buying locks for your homes, cars and bank accounts because the thieves are already in and they are called Magnum Insurance.
I pray you learn from my painful and costly lesson and chose a different insurance. Stay Safe.
I went to this company driving a car which I was test driving overnight while waiting for approval. I wanted to line up my insurance beforehand to be prepared if I was approved for the loan. I informed the salesperson at Magnum that the car was not mine and that I was test driving. they gave me a quote and assured me that there would be no problem if I did not get the car I would get my money back. Well the next morning I found out that I had not been approved for the car and was told by magnum that my $300 check which I had given in good faith had been deposited (which I do not believe). I was then assured that I would recieve my money back in the mail in a few days, that was a couple of months ago and I am still fighting to get my money back. The only thing this company can do to improve their service is to get rid of their unprofessional staff namely Ms. L. R. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
