        I wish I could give them zero stars. I had two bad customer experience with the deli department. My first bad experience, I paid for some trays from their catering service in full. Gave them a copy of my receipt and the lady told me I didn't need a receipt when i came back to the store because it was attached to my order as paid. She said I can show my i.d. i get to the store to pick up my order and I left my receipt at home just si happened. They refused to give me my all ready paid for order even with my i.d which matches the name on the order form. It took a hour to get it together. They wouldn't let me talk to the manager then finally he comes thank God for him.He took care of me and gave me a ten dollar gift card. Now my second bad experience with deli again and bakery too. I order a 48pc chicken. I paid for my order early give them my receipt and everything. But this time when I came I had my receipt but my order was gone. They had the wrong pick up time on my slip. Plus I called the day before to make sure my pick up time was right. The young man I talked to told me he will take care of me and fix my pick up time. He never even communicated with his stuff. Then I picked up my cake from bakery already upset not knowing I was carrying home a stale cake. The cake was so disgusting. I can't believe ppl really don't care about how they treat you.
