HVAC-R Services, Inc

I'm pretty much a do-it-yourself kind of guy. But when the burners on my furnace still wouldn't light (after I replaced the ignitor and flame sensor), I called HVAC-R, based on the excellent reviews here. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and was pretty sure he knew the problem based on my description. He suggested a quick, easy fix over the phone that I was not aware of. I tried it and it worked!

I felt compelled to write this review because it's so refreshing to find an HVAC guy who is truly decent, honest and helpful and puts his customers (or potential customers) need for help over his bottom line. Obviously, mine is an isolated case. Today's furnaces are quite complicated and it's not a good idea to tinker with them unless you have a good working knowledge of what you're doing. That's when it's comforting to know that there's someone you can trust who's number one priority is to be helpful more than anything else. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again!

I been in business for 10 years, I called 4 different companies to fine the problem eith my heating all of them said I needed a new Furness I called HVAC-R not only they showed up 30 minutes early but they found the problem within 20 minutes and very shocked how cheap it was. Setting the appointment with HVAC-R Services,Inc was very easy and the guy showed up right on time.  He was very nice and professional.  Quickly got the problem resolved and showed me the buildup that was causing it. They were great and I would hire them again
