I've used heatmasters before, just never took time to go out and review them. They have done work on all my properties for years now and I just wanted to take a moment to show them my respect. Great company and they keep their promises and deadlines.
I called for a furnace cleaning and guess what.....they didn't try to sell me some services that I didn't need. Last year I called a different company that tried to upsell me on a new fan. Heatmasters told me I didn't need it and that my furnace was good as new! At least someone is honest out there.
I called with an emergency need and they were so friendly and efficient. Great price and my furnace works again.
Shady company!! Never used Heatmasters but saw their sticker on my furnace with a note for coupling replacement in 2002. Never had any problems until my furnace started making loud noises. After a cursory glance and quick comment that my furnace was too old, service guy gave me an estimate for a new pump $1k or a new furnace $4,200. I became suspicious after service man was whining about how this winter was warm and slow for them. I called someone else who told me coupling needed to be replaced again (only lasts about 10 years so it was time). This part was less than $15. (And just to check I got an estimate for a new pump (pump alone only costs $100, new furnace for $3,750.) You would think maybe he would check that same part since they replaced before!! Please don't call them! They will try to take advantage of you or rip you off bc you might not know any better or they are having a slow season. I'm pissed I'm out of $89 for the service call I got charged by Heatmasters.
