Went to have permanent eyeliner. LOUSY JOB! Owner did what SHE thought was best for me. Didn't even bother to listen to what I wanted. The second application just made it look worse. Can't wait for this to fade. I'll never go there for ANY of their services.

After suffering sore feet whilst on a working holiday in Chicago my husband treated my to a stimulating pedicure.
An added bonus was a Majito cocktail...
Who said you can't mix business with pleasure... My husband was working and I was having the pleasure...

I thought that Havana Nights was wonderful! I went there for a Brazilian, which I have never done any waxing before. The owner, Sandra, took care of me. All of the staff members were extremely friendly, but Sandra was so understanding and helped me know what to expect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
My daughter and I both had a pedicure. It started out with relaxing music, a warm bubbly foot bath, and I wonderful relaxing massage chair. Both of the women that did the pedicure were very professional and thoughful. The shop was clean and I saw them sterilizing the food baths before they started on us. Next was a very through foot massage and toe nail and foot grooming. I have to say their attention to detail and was outstanding. It has been two weeks and my toes and feet still look great.

Terrible quality of service and treatments. The decor is nice, but don't let it fool you. While receiving what I can only describe as a sub-par pedicure, I looked up and noticed an ""esthetician"" pull out her necessary utensils for a facial, which were stored in the middle of the nail area in between two manicure stations, instead of the treatment room. I witnessed her as she dropped a mask brush on the floor, which she planned to use on a waiting client, pick the brush back up and place it with the other items she was bringing with her to the treatment room. I would NOT consider this sanitary. Would you want that brush on your face? My desire to ever receive a spa treatment there quickly diminished. I then glanced back to my nail technician who I noticed had smudged the polish on my toe. Instead of removing the polish and starting over, she attempted to paint over the mistake! I could hardly believe the poor quality standards. I was a first time client and they were treating me as though they were in a rush to get me out the door and painted my nails like I was a blind person of whom they were taking advantage. When I asked the nail technician to re-do the toe, she sighed and reluctantly removed the polish and started over. That being said, I returned two weeks later giving them the benefit of the doubt and had an even WORSE experience with a completely different nail technician. They do not buff off the calluses on the bottom of the foot, exfoliate the bottom of the foot or buff out the nails before applying the polish. They give TERRIBLE massages and almost completely neglect the bottom of the foot. The employees are impersonal and uncongenial and I seriously question that ANY of the so-called ""technicians"" are licensed. In my expert opinion, THEY NEED TO RETRAIN ALL OF THEIR TECHNICIANS. I am severely disappointed to have wasted both my time and money at Havana Nights. Quite honestly, I am surprised they are even in business.
