- DivorceSteven received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1987) and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1990). He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1990, and he currently practices Family Law in Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane and Will Counties including traditional litigation, mediation, arbitration and collaborative law. Among his ongoing professional studies, he has completed the Master Series Program of the Illinois State Bar Association for Mediation and Arbitration and, further, the Certificate Program of Northwestern University for Divorce Mediation. Throughout the course of his legal career, he has written extensively on Family Law issues and has guest-lectured to lawyers and law students on the topics of premarital and postnuptial agreements.
