HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

We really wish we would have read some of the reviews (Warnings) after getting a sales call from Ann Schatzman stating that she could get us the best rates around. (Remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is) So we decided to Ship an engine block from IL to CA, and when we received it had been damaged beyond repair. We contacted Ann about the damage who assured us that we would be reimbursed for the amount we paid for the engine. After a lengthy Claim process (2-3 months) we were informed that for a $250.00 engine block we would only be reimbursed $110.80 because the carrier deemed it a used item that had no value, we received a measly $.05 a lb. We were told by Ann that had she known it was a used item she would have recommended insurance (Believe it’s pretty clear that it was a used item from the start when the pickup is a JUNK YARD and the drop off is a motorsports shop and the item is an ENGINE BLOCK). After we accepted the fact we were going to have to take a loss of $139.20 we were informed that we still had to pay for freight which was $121.20, After speaking to various representatives of the company, who were very un helpful, we were informed that if we did not pay the freight charges they would put us through to collections, which would take our claim check and use it towards the past due amount. We too were informed of the INDUSTRY STANDARD for freight claims.
