Today, Friday, November 21, 2008, at 6:05 a.m., I was sitting in the waiting space opposite Amtrak Ticket Office. I observed a young woman with a child standing before a woman ticket agent. All of a sudden, the lady passed out stricking the back of her head. A young man approached her and tried to have her breath and spke softly to the woman - and tried to assist her. WHAT IS A DISGRACE. NOT ONE OF THE THREE TICKET AGENTS CAME FROM BEHIND THEIR PLACES OR PLACED A CALL FOR ASSISTANCE TO 911 OR ASK FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE STATION. What a bunch of clowns - I do not know if any assistance was rendered to this young woman and her child - but I do believe that the Amtrak Employees should be reprimanded.
