DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I made an appt with this office and traveled 2 hours because the dentist in my small town said they did not feel comfortable caring for a 4 year old cavity. When I made the appt., as you can imagine I doubled triple checked if they were equipped to care for a 4 year old cavity. They assured me they were a family practice and they would take care of her.
After 15 min in the chair, they tried to give my daughter a shot and she did not like it so the doctor said she did not feel comfortable treating my child. They only attempted once and gave up. They were not apologetic at all and I was very disappointed.
After I was told by someone who previously worked there that they video tape and record everyone in the rooms and they owner watches and listens to everyone. What an invasion of privacy. They should put up signs incase your phone conversations are private and sensitive.
If I was an adult looking for a great practice try ORA Dental Studios. They have multiple locations in Chicago and are very professional and qualified.
What a creepy dental office.

NEW LOCATION....IN SCHAUMBURG
""Had 2 extractions with just local!!!""
The last visit I made to a dentist was about 5 yrs ago....(I only go when I really REALLY need to!)
After our initial consultation...Dr. Dallas made me feel so at ease and comfortable...he took the time to address all my concerns and fears...so we agreed to schedule my extractions with just local...He said that if need be we could go with complete sedation, but he felt confident we both would be fine. To be honest I was a bit skeptical driving home afterwards and thinking I was going to be able to actually go thru with it....
Aside from the initial pinch....I DID NOT feel much. Dr. Dallas was very pleasant, patient and very gentle. It's a great feeling knowing that the fears I've had for the past 30 years have been conquered by having a Dentist that was kind and understanding and just DAMN good!!!
I will be going back for regular check ups and implament a regimen of good oral hygiene. Oh and by the way...I've already scheduled an appointment for my son as well!
Thank you so much!

I went to see Dr. Scott yesterday at the Dental Salon for my first crown, and sadly not the kind that a gal puts on top of her head. Needless to say I was a bit nervous. Dr. Scott and his assitant Vicky were honestly absolutely wonderful. I had a couple questions before we got started and they were all answered. They have such a postive and comforting manner. You get the sense that they are working efficiently, but always at the highest quality. I can't believe I'm saying this, but getting a crown has quite possible been one of my best dental experiences!
""Very professional, personable dentist who provided excellent care. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. State of the art design in this
beautiful, calming, and clean dental office. I will recommend everyone I know
to Dr. Nicholas Dallas!""
I went to Dental Salon to have my teeth cleaned and was told that a hygienist by the name of Jane would be performing my cleaning. She greeted me with a warm smile and any nervous feelings I had dissipated. Jane was very nice and professional. She takes her job as a hygienist very seriously by providing excellent dental cleanings as well as advice for maintaining a healthy smile.
If you are in the market for a great dentist or hygienist this is the place for you. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She is a great asset to Dental Salon!""
The Dental Salon consistently meets and exceeds my expectations as a Dentist. The staff is always friendly and informative. The office hours are perfect for me as well, I never have to take time off work to make it there. Not many dentist offices are open over the weekend. I recommend the Dental Salon to basically anyone looking for a Dentist.

Dr. Shah is very good - she's quick with her work but also careful and attentive to your needs while making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommended!
On top of it, I even saw her outside of the office and she was still checking up on me which made me feel great and a valued patient.

""I know I have continuosly raved about Dr Stec, but I simply cannot express just how much he makes the visit to the dentist so much better than what most would expect. And to top it off, the assitant with him, Renee is a true joy and easy to talk to. They together are a great duo.""
I am such a baby when it comes to a dental visit. I was so sick the night before my appointment, I almost didn't go. And, to make matters worse, I was going in for a root canal! Painful, right? Truth of the matter is, I didn't even really feel the shot to numb the area. It was truely amazing! I felt nothing.....Even that evening.....There wasn't even soreness at the injection sites. I highly recommend The Dental Salon and Dr. Wong. Oh, and did I mention the Sunday appointment? Yeah, Sunday! Pure convenience. Much love.....
""It was wonderful to walk in and be greeted by the receptionists. Dr. Katsnelson took time and explained the procedure to my daughter and I. He also answered all of our questions so that we had a clear understanding of what was going to take place. He has a great bedside manner. The entire staff we encountered was very nice. The whole atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming and we look forward to the next visit! Thank you!""

I saw both Mariya and Dr Desai last week and both were as wonderful as they always are. I don't know too many people (particularly ones with teeth prone to holes, as mine are) who look forward to a stress-free dentist trip but I count myself as lucky and recommend the team often!

I have been a patient here as well as my family for about 3 years now.I was in on a recent visit with one of my kids for a teeth cleaning, the doctors and hygenists are all awesome always have been i don't have a problem with that. The problem i have is the hiring of other staff i always assumed with a high profile place such as yours you would be running full background checks on your employees as well as doctors to ensure the safety of your patients well when i noticed you hired a man Mr.Flores i knew you could not be doing this.I know its not my place or business on who you hire but i really think and would hope you would be doing thorough checks on your employees. With sad regret we will not be coming here anymore due to this employee and the past i know this employee has.i really hope for your benefit you look into this and in the future are more careful with who you hire.My wife had worked with him and they let him go and she was in absolute shock when she seen him. With sad regrets Ben

I have not had a good experience with this place of business; and I do mean place of BUSINESS. My original appointment for a cleaning was in mid-July. They took ex-rays and charged me more than I've ever had to pay at other places, but they didn't clean my teeth, as scheduled (they also didn't give me a goody bag!). They rescheduled me for a deep-scale cleaning which required a $100 nonrefundable deposit.
I arrived for my appointment in August, only to be told that it was cancelled! That was surprising, considering the fact that I had spoken to one of their receptionists about 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Had I not shown up, they would have kept my $100 deposit, but they can cancel without penalty!
I was rescheduled for September, but when I got there they allegedly had no record of my $100 deposit. It's a good thing that the receptionist had given me a print-out when I had come in for the August appointment that they canceled? Wrong! The receptionist said that wasn't a receipt! Hmmmm. Well, after a long conversation with this receptionist and another, logic prevailed, the matter was straightened out, and I paid my large portion for the current appointment and was finally taken to the back and had my teeth on the left side of my mouth cleaned.
Concerning having the teeth on the right side of my mouth cleaned, I was told that I couldn't have them cleaned until Nov. 2! That was a long time to wait, but I took the appointment, informing the receptionist that it had to be after work. She scheduled an appointment for 6 P.M. and said she would call if anything opened up before then. I paid them another $100 deposit for my Nov. appointment. Well, I received a call this week saying that the periodontist was not taking anymore appointments after 5 P.M. that day; mine was for 6. Hmmm. They did offer to let me TAKE OFF WORK and come in during the day. Wow! They advertise that they're open 7 days a week and have late office hours, but not in my case.
Today they told me that if I didn't want the early appointment on Nov. 2, I'd have to wait until Nov. 30! Wow, from July to Nov. 30, just to get my teeth cleaned? She said that they only have one periodontist. That's strange because I saw a different one for a $25 consultation back in July. Hmmmm.
All about the business, instead of being about giving good service! That's actually bad for the business, but considering the prices they charge, I guess they can afford to lose some customers!
