Dental Dreams

ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT! RECEPTIONIST HAVE TO OVERBOOK BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MONTHLY GOAL THAT THEY HAVE TO MEET. OTHERWISE THEY DO NOT GET BONUS. STAFF AT DENTAL DREAMS DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH MONEY SO THEY BRAIN WASH THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEY DO SEE THEY'RE PATIENTS AS NUMBER$$$$. IF FRONT STAFF DON'T GET ENOUGH APPOINTMENTS FOR THE DAY THEN THAT MEANS THAT THEY'RE NOT GOOD WORKERS AND UNFORTUNALY THEY GET FIRED. THEY DON'T REALLY FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE... SO THAT IS THE REASON WHY SOME OF THEM ARE RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL. THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCED. TRUE. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND ALL THESE PEOPLE BUT VERY DISAPPPOINTED TO SAY THAT IT WOULD NOT CHANGE THEIR WAY THEY RUN THIS BUSSINESS. THE MAIN BOSSES CURSE AT THEIR EMPLOYEERS TOO. SO SAD

Horrible experience the receptionist whisper, giggles and stare at the front desk, when I asked them questions made me very uncomfortable. The dental assistant was rude and very impatience and kept running to the front desk to gossip. Whenever I asked the dentist a question the assistant would cut in and say she has a medical card. The dentist totally disregarded him and answered my questions. Overall they made me feel like a non factor due the fact that I had a medical card. They didn't want to answer any of my question. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I did see the dentist who was extremely nice. The assistance make this a horrible place with horrible customer service. I actually cried when I left because they made me feel as if I was nothing and not worth there time. I will never go there again and don't advise anyone else to go unless you want to be ridiculed by them.

I wasn't there first time, it was convenient location for me, and they accepted my insurance. It wasn’t a place of my dream, but this visit made me sure that I will never come back there, especially with my kids. Waiting time 1,5 h. They don’t have a normal procedure like you see assistant than see a doctor, this time I saw 3 dental assistants – each of them make different thing – about everything you have to ask, they don’t say hi, or what are they doing now, nothing, we feel like invisible people- and the doctor, which definitely wasn’t good with kids. She look tired, her check up was done in sloppy and rushed manner. X-ray – very unprofessionally done, you can tell that the girl has not have an experience, it took her like 20 minutes! Everybody there look tired and not nice. After 2.5 h, girl from the front desk brought me a bunch of paper to fill out (history of patient) because she forgot to give to me when I was checked in! No updating, you have to fill out everything again. This is ridicules. My son had some cavities for the first time, of course after what I saw their unprofessional service, I didn’t even think that they will do any procedure on my kids, so I asked them about the x-ray to take, of course there was a problem, and they could not give it to me. They saw me upset, so they start to whisper to each other.

So if you take care of your kids, especially that going do the dentist make them stressful most of the time, please, do not go there, every time different doctor, different assistant, very long waiting time, unprofessional form each way you can expect. Waste of time, I will never recommended this place even for my anemy 

My kids love going to the dentist now. I have taken my kids to 2 different dentists offices before and it was a nightmare. They dont compare to Dental Dreams. The dentists really make my kids comforable. And the kids love the movie room and the play gym. And the office is located near a bunch of shopping stores.
