Terrible. This guy took my wife for a literal ride from the airport in Chicago to a near suburb. The entire ride lasted all of 30 minutes, went 10 miles and he ended up charging her "half fare" on top of the standard flat rate because he said he was "fron the city". Complete scam.

this cab company specifically cab 1900 almost ran me off the road this morning twice on the Ontario feeder ramp, going westbound to the Kennedy it was pouring down rain and he was driving erratically and without regard fr any of the other drivers, I called the city to make a report however they aren't registered with the city which I find hard to believe but, be careful, they don't even answer their phones, I'm going to make sure they are aware.

Apparently I can not get out without a rating -100

Ignore the 1 star...THIS COMPANY STEALS PHONES! Specifically Cab# 616. AVOID THIS CAB!!!



My friend left his phone in the cab we shared on Saturday night, my other friend who was in the cab as well that night was able to contact the cabbie by texting the lost phone. A time was set up for the cab driver to bring the phone by on Monday night (the earliest he could make it). Monday comes and goes and he doesn't show, a new time is set up for the following night, again he doesn't show. This time he responds asking how much the phone is worth to my friend and won't consider returning it for less than $100. Following that up with "Yes or no?" and then "Forget about it, I see u don't need ur phone buy new one good luck".



After speaking with the cab dispatch and filing a police report the cab driver now claims it was never him texting from the lost phone. Needless to say I won't ever give this co.my business - on to share on yelp and FB. Good luck you crooks!

Terrible customer service and bad morals in general

The cab ride itself was uneventful, however we left a phone inside the cab. We realized the mistake immediately and contacted dispatch within 15 minutes of being dropped off. We were reassured that it could be returned and left a message with the dispatcher. We also tracked the phone online and were able to locate the cab the next morning with the phone still visible in the front seat. Once again, we contacted dispatched and were assured that the driver would receive the message as soon as he entered the vehicle. To be safe we also attached a note to the windshield asking that we be contacted so we could recover the phone. A few hours later we returned to the location and the cab was gone. The dispatcher then told us that he would "try" to get in touch with the cab driver but couldn't guarantee anything. We again contacted the dispatch an hour or so later and we were told that the driver hadn't located the phone within the vehicle. I only wish there were negative stars on this rating.
