        Founded in 1835, the Chicago Police Department provides law enforcement and crime prevention services. It serves the Chicago metropolitan area, which has a population of more than 3 million residents. Its investigators interview people, gather documents and evaluate the facts of a crime. The Chicago Police Department employs more than 13,000 sworn officers. The department is a part of the city government of Chicago in Illinois.

        My advice to anyone who lives ...

        My advice to anyone who lives in 11 is to move to a safer neighborhood or city if you don't like it. Chicago ain't for everyone. It's a big world with many choices. And remember: life ain't fair. Also, there are some places that are much better than others.

        Service is very poor IF any. We don't see the highly publicized BEAT CAR. Gang and drug people are everywhere selling drugs and 911 calls go unanswered. Dealers and Gang people rarely get arrested and even fewer convicted. No Safe School Zone laws are enforced to protect school children on walk routes. COMSTAT says crime is going down (official software) but if NOBODY gets arrested the COMSTAT figures are useless for deploying resources to help us.

        MY CAR WAS TOWED AND THEY CLAIM THAT I HAD DRUGS IN YHE CAR I AM HOMELESS NO WAY TOO WORK AND NO WAY TOO GET MY CAR. THERE WAS NO DAMN DRUGS I DONT EVEN SMOKE THIS IS CRAZYCALL THEM TOO GET THIS RIGHT THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT..............
