Terrible experience here, especially since I opted for the exterior and interior detailing package. The interior detailing was decent, but there were hand prints on the leather and some spots were overlooked. Didn't seem like the inside of the windows were cleaned either. The exterior work was really poor though. There were excess wax spots all over the car, and the trunk jam was not cleaned. Also, the finish on the car was left looking very dull. I could have gotten as good of service with a standard hand wash and interior cleaning. I will not be back.

My dog Oscar rides in the car with me everyday. It gets pretty smelly and I discover new paw prints all over the car pretty often.I decided to give those guys a try and I could not be happier. My car looked like new, smelt great and they got the toughest stains out!!!! I would definitely recommend....

A buddy of mine told me to check out this place and I took him up on the tip.
I work in the loop so this place is pretty convenient since its off the Kennedy. Since it was a Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't busy.
When I went inside the waiting area was niice and tidy as apposed to other places ive been to. I ended up being sold on the superwash. it was 16$ and it was worth every penny i tell ya.
It took them about 15 minutes and my car looked like it came right out of the Perillo BMW showroom. It was that good. They cleaned the floormats, the dashboard, cupholder(I tend to look at the smaller details and they hit them spot on). They applied a spray wax and had the car spotless.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable too, I talked to Shawn about the detailing and I can't wait till next week to get the detailing done as well. Heck I'm making an appointment on their website right now.
CHECK THIS PLACE OUT NOW PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my car washed there Saturday. I discovered after I left and got home that I had lost a bag of important things. I assumed the worst. I cane back to Bucktown and talked to Mohammed who could'nt have tried harder or been more unhappy about my presumed loss. He bent over backwards but could not help. When I arrived home I found my missing package stuck in with other things. So, in addition to a spotless, fast, and affordable car wash there is a man named Mohammed who really cares. Thanks. David S
