        Horrible. I was trying to get a patio door repaired. This is difficult, so the very first question I asked was - do you repair patio doors. Yes! Great, gave them all the information to come out that week. I get a call to tell me that they in fact, don't repair paito doors. I had some screens that I needed repaired so they were going to come look at it any way. The next week, when they hadn't come I called them, which took 2 calls and 3 days to get a call back. Days later they went, gave me a quote (VERY high) for a new patio door and "forgot" to look at the other screens. So, now I am 10 days in and have absolutely no resolve - and a whole lot of frustration! Based on this experience - NOT RECOMMENDED!
