The nail polish selection is okay. The spa pedicure was fine but nothing special. The worst part was the owner. I came in with a youswoop coupon, which had expired, and after accepting it, she changed her mind and demanded that I paid the other half to equal the full price. Expired or not - it had been accepted and I had paid for the tip, then to turn around while my polish was drying to announce that she had changed her mind was unprofessional. Not to disrupt the other customer I paid but will never return. Poor business ethics and terrible customer service.

i went there for a bachelorette party of 9 girls. The lady on the phone said be on time or their services will be cut short and wont get the full hour. So i was there a little early with other girls. They sit me in the pedicure chair and another lady starts doing my nails while getting my feet done. She is putting SO much polish on my nails i know it will never dry. And she is about 1/8 inch away from my cuticle line making my nails look stumpy and rediculous. So all the girls are getting their feet done at this point with me. They finish my nails and toes in about 30 minutes and i am done. All the other girls (even the late ones) were walked over to the manicure chairs where they get their nails done seperatly and more comfortably and GET A MASSAGE! WTF? i was early and was rushed with getting feet and nails done in a hurry and dont get a massage or the full hour of service? i paid the same as everyone else. I then sat in the waiting area while the other girls got their massages and nails done. I am irrate at this point. then i walk to the bathroom, came back for a key and both toliets have urine all over them and no toilet paper in any stall. good grief! As we are leaving the girl who seemed like the manager confronted me about tipping. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY APPROACHING ME DEMANDING TIPS? I replied, give this to the pedicure lady but not the nail lady. She cocked an attitude and never once asked, were you not satisfied? how could we have done better? She simply walked away unaware of my awful experience and wasted money (and shes asking for more of it!) I paid full price, took the globby polish off my fingers when i got home. 5 hours later i put on heals and when i get home after the party, my toe nails are ruined because she too put globs on my toes so after 5 hours, they still werent dry. Money down the drain! enjoy the revenue bien assorti, you'll never see money from me again. Very frustrated, very angry, very unsatisfied

As soon as a I walked in, I realized that the place did not resemble the pictures posted on their website. Notwithstanding, I was looking forward to my beauty & beast mani/pedi. Unfortunately, I was quite upset that after my toes had been polished, with the color that I had carefully selected, I could not also use it on my fingers because apparently the polish was too thick. Well, it would have been nice if she had told me that at the onset and not after the fact. What was worse is that she actually giggled after I told her that I would have picked a different color. We obviously did not share the same sense of humor. After it was all said and done, my manicure only lasted ONE day! I will NEVER go back.
