You must be the owner. The stylist was very much aware of the problem I did not receive an apology at all. You sound like something the owner would say. Let's get some real people to speak out and tell the truth about that lousy place.

I visit this salon frequently and find it to be a place where I can relax. The ladies at A'nu Salon & Spa are very professional and take care of each of their clients with tender loving care. I really find it unfortunate that the previous reviewer had an unpleasureable experience, however it would have been a nice jesture to speak with someone and allow them to take into consideration your complaint instead of blasting them in this type of format. Unacceptable service should never be tolerated however, bad mouthing an establishment is never the answer for improvement.

This is a wannabe upscale salon with a bunch of loud unprofessional women. They also have people who are not licensed to do hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone
