        Overall

        I went here a few years ago for anxiety issues related to my job and some basic career counseling. My counselor was really helpful with giving me a few strategies to reduce stress. One big thing I learned was how to be ok with saying no to new projects and how to stop people pleasing. It took me a good 6 months of therapy but it was well worth the money and time.

        Overall

        Premarital counseling through the Gate 14 program was excellent. Trying to find good marriage Counselors can be a challenge but these folks know what they are doing. We went 4 months before our wedding and really learned a lot about each other.



        If you are thinking of getting married, you should really think about pre-marriage counseling. It helps to head off problems before they start.
