Slow and bad service Even Drs. Complain many times that they never pick up phone. I will recommend never go there
Attempted to call about wheelchair repair. She kindly told me that the company isn;t doing any wheelchair repair at the time and then hung up on me.
Unbelievable service! I needed a new wheelchair for my dad. They did not have it in stock, but drove to the supplier picked it up and had it ready for me within 24hrs. I was impressed to say the least - and they are the nicest people to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
Was referred by Walgreens at Devon and Milwaukee to Fitzsimmons just north on Milwaukee Ave, since the item I needed was not in stock. Told Fitzsimmons had it and to just go over and purchase it there instead of waiting. Had a very bad experience with Fitzsimmons. Maybe it was just a bad day for both of us but instead of helping find a solution all I kept hearing was "we can't sell it to you, Walgreens was wrong." Went back and forth several times between them and Walgreens. The Pharmacist at Walgreens suggested I have Fitzsimmons call them. I went back to Fitzsimmons and said running back and forth was very frustrating and tiring and would they please just call Walgreens, the doctor or whoever they need info from. Not feeling well. Needed the nebulizer. When Fitzsimmons declined to call Walgreens I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner. That is where it went from bad to worse. A female employee came from the back room and got in my face and said there was no owner or supervisor that I could talk to.and told me to just leave. That is where I finally lost it and told them all I needed was simple tubing for a nebulizer and asked why they were just giving me the run around instead of helping. She became belligerent and rude and told me to leave immediately. Walgreens was finally able to find a solution. Fitzsimmons just kept pointing fingers didn't do anything to help me get the supplies needed. The male employees were friendly and at least tried to help. They admitted they did not know exactly why that could not sell me the tubing. Said it might be just company policy. They at first sent me back for the prescription from Walgreens. When I returned to Fitzsimmons I was told that was wrong instructions. Went back to Walgreens again at their suggestion. That was when Walgreens said to have them call to try and find a way to get the supplies needed. The female employee escalated a frustrating situation to an out right power and control issue. Needed help, not attitude. Would not recommend.
very established and quite an informative pharmacy group. If they stock the prescriptions you want, then this is probably the best choice for refills of your prescriptions. they call you and let you know that it is ready. Very Good !!
