STAY AWAY. Came in to have them replace a tire. They DAMAGED my rocker panel by positioning their jack in a spot where the metal was too soft. They bent it! After I pointed it out they refused to pay for the damage they clearly did in front of me! They didn't even offer the tire I was originally paying for at a discount or even free after they damaged my vehicle in front of my eyes! There were 2 shop employees present at the time. Awful! This place needs to get shut down! I tried to get the owner's contact info and you know what they gave me? They gave the SHOP NUMBER itself. Don't risk your vehicle being serviced here. The said the owner's name is Khateeb Kamal.
ALREADY DID IN AN E-MAIL SENT REGARDING FEED BACK ON CURRENT ORDER PLACED THIS PAST JUNE, 2017 AND PRE-PAID ON. MY HUSBAND & I ALWAYS LOVED LOWES BUT HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH SOMETHING DAMAGED AND THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL POINTED IT OUT TO MY HUSBAND & MYSELF AND SAID...DO NOT ACCEPT THE WASHER AND REQUEST ANOTHER ONE, WHICH WAS ALSO NOTED BY THIS DELIVERY PERSON.NOW I FEEL I AM GETTING THE RUN A-ROUND FROM LOWES AT THE 79TH & CICERO LOCATION. EVEN MY SALES GAL HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. WOULD I EVER SHOP AGAIN AT THIS LOWES AGAIN??? HELL NO!!!!!!! WOULD I SHOP AT ANY OTHER LOWES????? EXTREMELY DOUBTFULL.THE LOWEST RATING I COULD GIVE WAS ONE STAR FOR DISAPPOINTING PER THEIR RATING OPTIONS THEY GIVE.THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE AN AREA WHERE WITH MINUS STARS FOR SELECTION.OAK LAWN, IL RESIDENT08.09.17

you can't trust workers in this store..they say somebody's "doing it"..whatever you asked them to do, but if you don't follow thru, you'll be waiting forever...they give you this feeling that they really don't care!!! The sad thing is, you just want to expedite things and get out of there and pay them and give them your money!!!! Is there half star rating!!!
THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS FOR THE PUBLIC. THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK IN THIS LOCATION DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MATERIAL THAT THEY ARE SELLING TO THE PUBLIC. THEY GIVE A CUSTOMER THE WRONG MATERIAL AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER CALLS BACK TO TELL THEM THAT THE MATERIAL WAS NOT THE CORRECT ONE. Fantastic selection, attentive service and design assistance. Hands on through the entire planning process. Ask for Kevin - wonderful attitude and taste. Listens to the customer - it was not his way or the highway as so many decorators seem to be. If he disagreed, he would say so and provide reasons. A great experience.
