I frequent Microcenter a lot anything and everything I need pertaining to computers and Technology you can find it there I have been using Microcenter for close to ten years now and I have yet to be disappointed the service is excellent they stand behind their warranties and it's all around great experience when you go there I give them 10 Stars
When my Dell laptop stopped working, it was out of warranty. It wouldn't boot up, but would loop between two screens until I shut it off. I did some research, but couldn't find consistent answers. I was thinking that the problem would cost me way more than Midway Computer Geeks charged me, especially because they said it would need a new motherboard.I was happy when I picked it up and the price, including the new motherboard, was less than I could believe.
Completely impressed with this place! The service was great, my laptop screen was fixed in no time, and the price was the cheapest I found in town.
I was so frustrated with my laptop that I was ready to throw it out. Instead, I brought it to Midway Computer Geeks. Dave explained to me that I really had a good computer and that I shouldn't buy a brand new one. So, I spent about a 100 bucks to repair it and my computer works better than when I got it brand new.Thanks Dave for being so helpful and friendly.
Dave is good. Honest, service oriented, cares about solving your problem. I will definitely call him for the next time I have a computer issue.

Great and fast service. I had a friend replace a dead hard drive and the whole computer died. Dave prepared me for the worst which could have easily cost me over $200 which I was willing to pay. When I picked up Dave mentioned that he managed to fix the drive and my bill was $90. That's honesty. Hopefully I wont need repairs but if I will this is my place. Highly recommended.

Terrible and getting worse all the time. Software is full of glitches. Customer service is outsourced to India. Internal management changes and contract disputes with their vendors have cost them lots of money and they've passed those costs on to the clients by increasing fees and cutting corners on product quality and customer service.
