I would have left a zero if I could have. My husband spent too much money on flowers that did not last. They left a bouquet that had yellow roses in it by my back door in the hot sun. They did leave a message and text but I was not able to get home until later that evening. Needless to say, the next day the flowers all browned, did not open and are dying. I called them but could not get a word in edgewise. The lady would not listen to me, she just kept talking over me. I understand that they cannot keep coming back but in the past, I have had people call a head saying that they have a delivery and when would I be home to accept the delivery. So, if you're spending your hard earned money on flowers that you want to last more than a day, DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM.

Terrible quality and rude employees. I received a fruit basket and the fruit was bruised and moldy. The grapes were squishy, the pineapple was soft and rotten, the bananas were bruised and brown, the strawberries and raspberries were moldy, and the oranges were on their last leg. I called to complain and the women on the phone was very defensive. She said they just bought the fruit and that I should have put everything in the refrigerator, then hung up the phone. The website and card says they take pride in quality products and if you are not satisfied with the product, to call for a replacement or to get your money back. When I called back the next day to speak with a manager, I found out my number had been blocked.Avoid.
You kind of understand how awful this place is in terms of courteousness to customers when you see all the 'NO' signs plastered all over the store windows talking about 'No Parking Outside The Store', 'No Change for Meters', 'No Public Restrooms', and so on. Granted they may have been annoyed by many such requests, but it doesn't make the exterior look welcoming. Inside, they were curt and abrupt with my husband and I, mostly ignored us. The choice of blooms was not extensive anyway. You would be better off buying flowers from one of the supermarkets around here.

I ordered flowers from Rhodes Florist from finding it thru Google & it was the closest florist to the funeral home where my friend's mom's service was being held. I saw other great reviews so I decided to try them. Rhodes did an amazing job with the arrangement especially being that I just gave them an idea of what I wanted & they nailed it beautifully. And I placed the order only 2 days before the event & they were able to fulfil it in time. They have great customer service & are very reasonably priced when it comes to flowers & delivery. The flowers were very pretty & the customer service was great! Ordering online was easy & I like that they also called me the next day to verify your order & make sure they get your order exactly own you want it. GREAT JOB RHODES THANK YOU!!!

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP HEREHORRIBLE PLACE & Despicable customer service. I purchased flowers online for my sister, when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture online. I sent them an email with a photo side by side of what it should look like and what they sent. They emailed back and said there was nothing they could do for me. I called and spoke with Lupe she said if they made another one it would look the same. I asked them why the online arrangement had 3 roses and they only sent me 1 she didn't answer me. I asked why they added daises as a cheap filler flower when online it said I would get: Light pink roses, white asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, cushion spray chrysanthemums and statice. She said the lily they sent was a better quality so it all worked out???? They have horrible customer service I am a very unhappy customer and they did nothing to make it right. The photos online looks NOTHING like what they sent and they said we can't make it look like that, I paid for at least 3 roses and they only sent one, they use subpar flowers but make you pay for the real thing. I work for a non-profit and for these people to hustle people who have no money and make them pay over $60 for a 1 rose arrangement is despicable. DO NOT SHOP HERE they are horrible people.
Well, it's been 8 days, ON MY WEDDING DAY, since I first called Aberdeens Wedding Florist about problems with my floral arrangements. I have since called SIX times and been told I have to speak with Joe, the owner, to resolve my issue. Every call I have been told he has not been in. What kind of owner does not come in for an entire week during one of the busiest wedding times of the year?? Yesterday I was told he would be in at 2:30 and would DEFINITELY be calling me back. Still waiting........ Joe is the one who took my order, you would think he would be more interested in resolving this. I guess they already got my money so they don't really care. At this posting my suggestion to anyone thinking of using them....DON'T. They are all over it and helpful when they are getting your money but have a total lack of customer service when there is a problem. Maybe SOMEONE there will think it's worth following up on.
We used Aberdeens for our wedding flowers. It was the best decision I made. Our flowers were better than I could have envisioned for our day if that is possible!! When I saw them it was breathtaking. Everything provided from the bridal bouquet to the table arrangements was amazing and very elegant. The team at Aberdeens was great to work with. We met with Joe several times for a consultation and to see a mock up of our table arrangements. Everything we received on our wedding day exceeded our expectations. Our guests have raved about how beautiful our arrangements were. All emails were responded to promptly and the team arrived early the day of our wedding to provide all the bridal party items needed for pictures, and was there as soon as the wedding ended for take down. We cant say enough good things about Aberdeens and the service provided and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Aberdeen's is definitely Chicago's best kept secret :)
