If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hired StarLab to as a mobile phlebotomy company for my clients throughout Chicago. It all started out well until they forgot how to draw blood properly. The blood specimens were constantly rejected and patients had to be re-drawn over and over. All while we were re-imbursing the company for each draw. It almost seemed like a money making scheme?Let it be known that these were all standard protocol draws, too. SST/CPT/EDTA tubes. Don't hire them unless you want them to poke your patient's over and over. The kicker was when the owner Richard Felicelda completely stopped responding. As if he fell off the face of the planet. I'm sure he was embarrassed that he has no idea how to run a business. Phlebotomists that don't understand phlebotomy, ain't that something!
A very bad customer service and calling representative (secretary). I called you many times and the secretariat answer my call but she dont speak or reply.. she let me talk and ask for help and she dont reply at all even she said hi how are you.. Yes sir. I tried to call many times but she act the same each time. So bad.. im not interested to deal with them.
