STOP AND RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! The guys are nice when you are buying and upset and fast talking when you call about an issue! I had a certified repairman check my appliance to find that parts were missing and worn out and should have been there (before being sold)for the appliance to work safely without risk of burning my house down. It put all my family at risk! I call the manager/Owner (Mike) and all he could care about is the warranty. Why does this matter if you NEVER SOLD A COMPLETE AND SAFE APPLIANCE!! I found out a week after warranty ended and he should have took care of it! Period!! He was very arrogant, unconcerned, unprofessional, and acted as if he was inconvenienced with my call! Wow really!!! You guys should be ashamed. The stores on ASHLAND used to be a place where small community could come together and conduct honest business at a reasonable price. I hope you read this and put yourself and your family in the shoes you put others in and make sure the product you sell is safe...lives are worth more than money and one day you will be judge by your actions.
This place is great, after seaching for a tv repair shop for awhile I almost gave up and tossed my tv, but when I called them up they are very professional as well as affordable. I got my tv back within 3 days and it works great thanks A&A Electronics.
I don't recommended its a fraud they sell you merchandise its doesn't work.. broken and damage don't waist your time and your money...
The service I received from this place has been absolutely ridiculous. My oven went out before Thanksgiving. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I had an appointment in which I had my nephew stay at my apartment to wait for them because I had to work. They cancelled the appointment because their repairmen ALL called off. I asked to be rescheduled for Friday and was told they werent making appointments because they didnt think the repairmen would show up Friday either, o........k.......So I reschedule for another time, only to have them cancel again because their repairmen didnt show up again. O........k......???I had an appointment today. I got the call confirming the appointment. Corrina called me to let me know they were 15 mins away. The repairmen called me when they arrived and I ANSWERED. He was at the door and I buzzed him in the building. I noticed that hadnt made it up the stairs so I went downstairs to tge entrance door only to see they had left! And had the nerve to leave a card stuck in the bell with a time on it as if I wasnt at home...AFTER THEY SPOKE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. At this point I was LIVID!!!! The repairman called 'restricted' so I could not call him back. I call the store over and over with NO ANSWER. Finally, Corrina answers after several more calls and several voicemails only to defend these service techs...really? REALLY????Corrina, you spoke with me to confirm I was home AND the repairman spoke with me to confirm I was mot only home but was at the door to buzz him in. Their solution? To reschedule yet again. This is tge most unprofessional display of customer service I have EVER received. The manager, Jose, NEVER bothered to resolve this at any point. This experience has been completely inconsiderate of my time. Why didnt the repairman call me back if he missed the buzz on the door???Why didnt the repairman call YOU back at the store/office to get ahold of me before leaving???TRAIN YOUR REPAIRMEN BETTER!YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!
Terrible experience attempting to have a wine chiller fixed. Repairman brought no shoe covers, work order / receipt book, floor protection material etc. He mis-diagnosed the problem on two separate calls, eventually installing a new compressor for $650. Received no paperwork (receipt, warranty etc.). Chiller still does not work, and attempts at a refund have been unsuccessful. Would avoid this business at all costs...
I had a scheduled appointment on 8/05/16 between 8A-12P and no one showed up or called. "On-Time" really does not live up to their name, keeps customers waiting, and or does not show up for appointments.
Fast and reliable. They give warranties on their repairs for a year. So you can be guaranteed on their service.
This was the best service . The tech came out the same day I called and fixed my tv less the one hour . Great job.
I hate having my time wasted waiting around for a repairman who never shows up or arrives late. But Premium Appliance Repair delivered on its promise to send a technician the same day. I am extremely happy with the great customer service I received.
Disappointing, waste of time, bite more than they can chew, liars!!!! So!!...... I called him because the tv went out and he said it would be 35 for him to come out and check it out and do a diagnosis, he did come out and it didn't take too long for him to see it and diagnose it. He stated he would need to order the part and took the information down serial and all he said it would not take more than a week and he would call us back with updates on how long the part would take to get in and then to come and fix the tv, that was on a Tuesday. Come Friday I called him seeking an update he stated that it did not come in yet and he would most likely receive it Monday and should be by Tuesday. Keep in mind it would be 1 week that coming Tuesday I then called him on Monday to check if the part had made it in, he stated he was fairly certain that it was in but couldn't tell me if the part was in and would call me back once he checked in....he never called me back. I called him again and sounded irritated like if I was bugging him yet he had not given me a definite response there was a undistinguishable uncertainness in his voice and said he had received the piece yet stated that he was not quite sure it was the right part. He was playing the guessing game, so here we are it's Thursday we agreed that he would come by between 1pm and 2 it's 145 and I call him wondering where he was he sounded distressed and stated he was running behind on two other jobs he had taken upon I said ok I can wait he then said it could take a little while he said he would head over soon. Come 5 pm I called him again he said he was almost done and would be on his way sounding distressed. 8 pm comes and I called him he said he was already on his way he gets here and guess what!!!! He had the wrong part just by looking at the part we new it was the wrong one yet he insisted In opening the tv when clearly it was wrong he even new it was the wrong part yes that's right he new it was the wrong part !!! Then he said it was the last time he dealt with a Phillips tv because of this and I quote " fiasco" not only to insult the owner of the tv he told me he would be here between 1 and 2pm yet when confronted about the timing he has said your not the person I talked to yet I was talking to him on the phone I was the one who he told he would be there between that time frame I don't appreciate lies and worse yet think that he can make fools of us how dare he. Then he said he would fix it if we ordered the part that's when we got even more upset because he wrote down serials and part numbers but couldn't do the simplest of tasks which is ordering the part he said order it and I'll install it for free. At this point I can't trust you to keep your word even worse I can't trust to to install it properly even more I can't rely on you to keep an appointment( yes we understand that certain jobs take longer than others ) there is no excuse for a 5 hour wait time playing one sided phone tag utterly disappointed. He did give back the 20 dollar deposit for the part but he denied to refund the 35 dollars for diagnosis he didn't do anything but order wrong parts .... So why shouldn't he have returned it it was a waste of time. He claimed he didn't have any more than the 20 dollars. Which is just petty own up to your mistakes if your wrong your wrong. Don't trust them they lie and waste your precious tv time.
