I usually always lean more towards supporting small businesses with my patronage however, this particular business is very shady and price gouges its customers who I assume are mostly non-English speaking customers who are more easily lead on....I had read the negative reviews on the lack of professionalism and just needed something notarized so I figured there was not much damage that could be done there. WRONG... While the person that assisted me was ok..and I am sure others that work there are helpful to your needs the owner, Ericka Matos, has a very shady and questionable work ethic who will pounce on unsuspecting customers by over-charging for basic services. By law, a notary cannot charge more than $1 to simply notarize each signature. This woman wanted to charge me $35!!! for three signatures. Luckily, I am well versed in the law and knew I was being duped... however, I feel it is important to warn others of this very dishonest practice. Mal servicio... cobra mas de lo debido...tengan cuidado... me quiso cobrar... $35 for notarizar un document cuando por ley... no se puede cobrar mas de $1 por cada firma.
This is a hidden treasure! They are family owned and operated so they truly take the time to give each client the individualized attention that they need. Every tax return, company and issue is as unique as the individual client and they not only acknowledge this but truly bring a personalized touch to everything they do. Whether you are a small business owner or just need your taxes done or a letter notarized, I highly recommend Servicios Chihuahua.
I didn't have a very good experience with them. They did my taxes grown a lot of mistakes. definitely I don't recommend them, lack of professionalism.
Excellent service, they notarized our estate planning documents and power of attorney documents. Reasonably priced, knowledgable of the documents, professionally dress. She arrived in a suit carrying a brief case. We hired her a second time to closes our real estate loan. Top notch!
I received a gift book of theirs from my boss after a year of great safety on the job. I picked a flatscreen and it arrived a few weeks later. It was a pretty cool gift idea.
I won a gift booklet from my job. I picked out an item online and received it about a month later. I had no issues.
This truly is a top-notch design firm. I have 1 home west coast and one abroad, and when I hired ASI to do the design for the gut-rehab of my 6,000 sqft Gold Coast duplex I expected the project to be a huge headache like the renovations of my other homes were. But, due to ASI's attention to detail and excellent communication, it turned out to be a much less-stressful process than I could have imagined. Not only did the principal designers come up with fresh ideas for maximizing and adorning the space, they tailored each and every room to fit my family's particular needs and, after only a few meetings with us, they seemed to know what we needed from the space better than we did! They provided us with a level of service that far surpassed what I had come to expect from interior decorators/designers, and they actually ended up managing the entire project from conception to completion, freeing me up to focus on my family and other obligations, instead of spending all my time holding my contractors hand. My project was finished within my time frame and within my budget constraints, and that is in no small part thanks to ASI's superb project management. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing assistance with a large or small scale renovation.
I received a gift certificate from my previous employer, and ordered a product from Bennett brothers in Oct. I received a notice that it was back ordered, but as of Dec, I have not received my product. I have tried several times to contact the company, but no one answers the phone. Luckily, it wasn't my $100 they stole, but my employers. I have contacted the BBB and also am in the process of contacting the attorney general's office. Please do NOT do business with this company. They will steal what they can from you. Also I think they may be going out of business. Update: I ordered my items back in October of last year. It's already January and after contacting the BBB and threatening to send them to the Attorney General, I finally got my item. Honestly, go with another company or be ready to toss out threats to get your item. I'm hoping either someone got wise and took over the company or the attorney general got involved. I'm not for sure. But proceed with caution!!
