Worst customer service experience!!!!! Only one girl spoke English and she had no knowledge to answer any questions. No eye to eye contact because literally all four ladies were strolling on their phone while communicating with me. If I could have given this place a negative rating I would.
nice considerd fast and reliableand very nice the neiborhood loves this check changer this is the only currency left in neiborhood we really love the staff they always are helpful with our purcases check cashing with everything they always smiling .keep up good work
What a bunch of Cee U Next Tuesday's. The service here is so bad and they have such little disregard for their customers that I once paid a homeless man 15 bucks to smear feces on the door handle of their entrance at 6 am just so the underachievers working here would have to wipe it off when the reopened that morning. Thats what you get when you rely on this location to uphold service standards ;Unexpected $h!t.
This currency exchange's services suck big time!!!I went to pick up a package from the UPS access point at 8:20 pm. on 12/23/16. The sign is flashing open. The sign on the door says they are open until 10 pm. However, the door is already locked. Seriously???
The cashier was very uneducated in email fax, so because she did not understand that you can fax someone a document from your email account she then proceeded to tell me that doesn't make sense... NO!!! YOU DON'T MAKE SENSE!!! please retrain your employees. ONE HOUR WAISTED........
Called to ask if they had Western Union, before I could finish my sentence, The worker hung up on me. Called back worker was still rude. I see why they have such a low rating. They have very bad and disrespectful customer service!!!!

It's 10:41 am and they aren't open������������ the employee inside is sitting on the phone and texting...claims she forgot her key to get inside the employee area. Irresponsible workers!!! I got places to go! I chose this location over the one on diversey and Laramie because it was a little closer...huge mistake.
Ignorant staff! Why would you need to verify a check from a NATIONAL BANK at 11pm?! Only person who waited in line, that was turned away. Hmmmm maybe it was cause of my skin color. They all need proper training. Fire all these fuctards and hire new staff who ACTUALLY WANTS TO DO THIER JOB!
