Iam extremely up set such a bad service I went to exchange my cell phone because it dosent work its been less then 7 days there is no were in the policy that states that because its a free phone it can't be change people go somewhere else do not go to this metro

Worst company to do business with. Customer Service is beyond helpless and just keeps giving "stock" answers. They obviously have no idea what they are talking about. They put a charge on my sons credit card and have told him for 3 months that it is being "escalated" for a refund. If their escalation department takes over 3 months to get results, I shudder to think what their non-escalation process is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Motorola Mobility LLC in Chicago - or anywhere else for that matter!

I went in to just get my replacement glass on my phone put on because I didnt want to ruin it doing it myself and instead leave it to the professionals. So I came in the guy in the booth greeted us without a smile and I could barely hear him. He asked what he could help us with and I told him I just wanted to see if anyone could put my replacement glass on and he said sure, so I gave him my information and he mumbled something and said ok and I said ok. A minute later I finally heard him say you can look around and someone will be with you shortly. So I went around standing and looking at cases. About half an hour went by and more people started to come in and they were being assisted first....so I still calmly waited to be helped. Another 10 minutes passed and nothing. Not even a reassuring, someone will be with you shortly or apology for taking so long. I just wanted my glass fixed....so we wound up leaving. No one came up to us, nothing. This place has terrible customer service and there was only 4 people in the store at the time I got there and at least 5 workers...never again.
