Glasses came in February and I called in April to see where glasses were since nobody called. Receptionist said they called me which was a lie. She gave them to me without any paperwork. I tried them and they are not even my glasses that I picked out and way to strong. Don't bother with these idiots.

I would honestly go lower if I could. Im a student with eyemed so that should frame the review.Since this is long review ill summarize by saying dont go there. If you want my story read below.I went there after finding out my parents had added me to their plan! (Yay) after searching through they had an abailability. I go there and while waiting for my appointment i look at all the frames. Incredibly expensive. All of them are gucci, dolce and gabbana etc. Well, i can deal with that. The appointment goes through without much of a hitch. Billing comes around and i get charged 100+ dollars for a contact and glasses perscription.Well, its a new coverage plan but alright. Im unsure of all the inns and outs as its a new plan and i hadnt even gotten my card yet. They tell me the plan only covers 15% and i had to pay the rest.Come to find out, that is not true at all. The perscription for glasses is free AND they pay 105 towards contact fittings (with the exam fully covered)This means that they charged over 240 for a contact exam/fitting. Not only did they charge me for an exam they also werent able to look at my plan and tell me what was covered etc.Well, i call ahead and went to go pick up my perscription (this place is too rich for a student like me).I get there and 15 minutes after waiting i get my contact perscription amd trials. I ask about the glasses perscription and they both seem a bit lost. Well another 5 minutes and they decide to write the perscription on the back of my contact one.Well off I go and try to use this perscription. Of course, the perscription isnt signed or dated. Great. So they have to call pupil vision to verify. Here i am five days later with still no response from these people, unable to get glasses or contacts thanks to these people. Please, stay away unless money, time, and energy you have in excess.
Good quality of care, convenient hours.
I really like how this office is close to my home because I have glaucoma. They were able to do a procedure on my right eye and it went very well. Everything with the procedure was explained thoroughly and they talked to me keeping me at ease throughout the entire process.
The doctors and staff presented all of my eye care options in a clear and professional manner. I researched other eye doctors in the city and their skill and honesty stood above and beyond the rest. I'm very happy with my vision.
I have gone here for 2 years now for all of my eye exams and eye wear. They are able to answer all of the questions I ask them and are very helpful when buying new glasses. I am very satisfied with my entire experience here.
