BED BUGS: STAY AWAY FROM BELITTILING AND UNCONSIDERATE MANAGEMENT! I recently moved to Chicago and until today have had nothing but a pleasant experience with management until I asked for a approximate 70 dollars in rent reduction for a month to compensate for washing linens and purchasing a mattresss cover due to their BED BUGS in my apartment. I purchased all new appliances, a mattress, and bedding. Upon moving to apartment, I started gettting multiple small bites on my body. I originally thought they were hives and I was somehow allergic to something. I have documented conversations with my supervisor and family that I have been having “unexplained hives” for 5 months, which is the entirety of my lease. I have bruises new and old all covering over my body. My supervisor was so concerned she suggested I go to my doctor, who then scheduled me an appointment with an immunologist. I never thought I was being eaten alive in my sleep until my friend stayed with me for a couple weeks and began developing the same symptoms and suggested it. When I asked management to be reimbursed for my laundry and mattress cover, the owner belittled the problem and told me I would have had to wash my bedding and clothing anyway. She implied I was lying and that she believes that my bruises and my months of unexplained hives were unrelated to the bed bugs that were confirmed in the apartment citing that pest control said that they were in their infantile stage despite my body being covered in new and old bites. She accused me of trying to manipulate her when I became emotional at her accusations. She even insinuated that she was inconvenienceed because she had to spend 300 dollars to service her own building to remove BED BUGS that were present. The moral of the story is this companies management style is to only be kind while collecting rent free of complaints, once u approach them about the a problem that they must take responsibility for suddenly you become accused and belittled.
WE do not know who the Janitor is, and Mr Avdich does all the important care, we feel very safe and good: our enviroment is nice and clean, flowers blossom all year round, so it is easy to say: Thanks Mr Avdich for all the work you do.

I can't think of any other employer that does what they do for their employees, personally and professionally. It's encouraging. The management and employees are all very nice and so are the clients. I am extremely proud to say that I work here. The management works diligently to create a supportive, teamwork environment. For the most part, employees check their egos at the door and all pitch in to complete the goals.I have the ability to help others and I am able to balance work with personal matters without conflict.-Brenda Santiago
I moved to this apartment complex on September 2015. This place is infested with bed bugs, roaches and mice. The complex is extremely dirty and the landlord does nothing to have the janitor actually clean the common areas. After a couple of months of moving in I now have bed bug infestation. I talked to my neighbors and a lot of them reported the same issue. I informed the landlord and he has done little to solve the problem. DO NOT move here or any other of their complexes.
This place is terrible don't let the staff fool you their office manager Mr Jackson is rude and disrespectful. You have to wait months to get anything repaired then they want you to pay for repairs. Why should you pay for any repairs and you are renting. Princeton Park has been taking advantage of tenants for far too long.
Mark Deangelis lied to me and others in my group.he and his office threatened us with legal action I am using this fourem to inform anyone interested that this company DWA IRG or any other name they want to give themselves. Mark has lied to his investors, staff and tenants he manipulates them and when things don't go the way he wants he threatens them with legal action. I myself saw him charge his investors 3x the amount of money that a project cost him.I myself saw him lie to a CHA inspector just to prevent an abatement.I saw him steal hours from his staff, on some projects he claimed that the "owner" didn't want to pay for the work that they did and so he didn't pay them.it is my experiences that show me that you should please do your self a favor and avoid at all costs
Lori Russell is a very good manager. We , the tenants of Scotland Yard apartment building in Chicago, like Lori Russell. She is a very good manager. Just what we needed. Mrs. Russell have done a lot of good things for our building. We are very pleased with her work. Big THANK YOU from the happy tenants :) I have lived in this building for a very long time and I have seen a lot of different managers. All I can say is that Mrs.Russell is the best. I really like her. She is a very good manager. She is very professional. I like the way she handles things.
