AVOID THIS PLACE!!!John performs all work on vehicles, and will be your best friend until you have an issue with something. Then you see the real "customer service". I have been lied to, hung up on, and verbally berated by John over the last couple months because I am trying to get a refund on a defective part.Another mechanic (who actually fixed the problem) confirmed that part was destroyed due to negligence upon installation.I could only recommend for minor paint repairs.Steer clear for anything electronics or steering related if you value your time/money.
Dishonest & not upstanding! Canceled my service after ruining hundreds of dollars of property and justified this by saying he wasn't receiving payment for the hours of work it took to destroy it so we're even...WTH!? To add insult to injury, he also admitted he was canceling my service because he wanted to avoid negative feedback from surfacing online. How wrong is this?! I called the police to intervene in the injustice and they responded that there was nothing they could do because the dispute is considered a civil matter and I would have to take up this issue in court. Thankfully, I was made whole for the products he ruined, but the experience itself was so undeserving and a complete waste of time spent over several failed visits. Furthermore, I refuse to be robbed of my right to leave feedback and already contacted the corporate entity that brought me this business for restitution and will continue to submit my truthful feedback in every forum I can find.Beware and patronize elsewhere...
They over change, they wanted $220 for brakes on a jeep, I paid $220 for front and back and did it myself, I told them not to open a particular door cause it won't close again unless I messed with it, when I poo picked up my car, I found out they opened that door and didn't say anything to me, the guy that did it said it was by accident
Horrible experience! I have never been disrespected by an owner who is expected of nothing other than professionalism! Called me baby cakes several times!
Complete scam artist! Please beware of his services. Complete scam artist! Please beware of his services.
HONEST, QUICK, AND PRICED RIGHT!!!I needed new brakes. I thought it would possibly be front and rear. Based on past experiences at other shops I was expecting a $400+ job. When I got to the shop John came out to me, and took a quick look at my brakes. He quickly assessed that my front brakes needed new pads & rotors which had me thinking $$$. He made a quick phone call to a supplier, and quoted $240 for my car! That's a great price for that kind of work! I was so relived that I asked him to add an oil change in the process.I took it in at 10am, he said he'd have it done by 1:30pm. Sure enough, he called me at 1:30 all ready to go!PS: He could have told me the rear brakes were bad too, but he was honest. He told me they have at least another six months before needing knew pads! THANKS!!!!
